At this point, this location is very ignorant, I tried asking for a refund because I was not happy with the place being so messy, they refused to refund my money back so I gave my pizza to a nearby homeless guy cause I didn't want it and not to forget, I saw a lady the other also demanding a refund because she was not happy with the restroom always not working, so if anything, aviod this location because of neglectful ignorant service and employees

Disappointed. I order from the app to get it delivered… My order was moved not packed correctly. When I got it the box was open.. I called the manager and miss Ashley didn’t give a peep she told me that because grubhub (or what ever the delivery service was ) delivered they had no say or cared. That I had to contact them.. hello the food was made in your store You had to care of packaging and closing it correctly.. very disappointed.. zero customer service Zero customer acknowledgement Looks like pizza throw up.. who would eat this.. 0 0 0 0 stars
I came to this location and i ask for a supreme pizza the pizza dough was raw still i told the cashier about it and with bad actitud she said the cook cant control the tempeture coerse they can im a cook for 30 yrs of expirience and her name is betsy i jus spend ove $80 on this

The female manager is very rude. She charged me 3.99 plus tax for a glass of water. When I asked why I was being charged, she said she asked if I wanted a glass. I thought she meant a glass of water instead of a bottle of water. She didn't say they did not give free glasses for water. When I told her I didn't want the glass and wanted by money back. I got major attitude because she asked if I wanted a glass but didn't explain there would be a charge. The restaurant was filthy crimumbs on all the tables.

I ordered online last night and paid cash. Driver didn’t have change, which I’m pretty sure they’re supposed carry at least $20 in change. So make sure you have exact amount and what you want to tip, because instead of a $5 tip he ended up with a $15 tip.
