Worst customer service, order a pizza, app said it was ready 1 hour ago and as I went to pick it up it was still not done. Then they proceeded to hand me a cold pizza. I'm not one to make a scene so I took it and left. But my money is better off somewhere else, where my pizza will actually be fresh and hot.

I do not typically order from here, but wanted to try the "Detroit" style pizza. My order was taken politely, the order was delivered on time, and the driver was respectful. The pizza is so delicious, and the wings I ordered were great! BBQ Honey!Thanks Pizza Hut on York...Kudos!

We order from this Pizza Hut quite often. My daughter loves pizza and especially Pizza Hut pizza. My kiddo has allergies, but surprisingly, she can eat Pizza Hut. I looked up the ingredients and conveniently, my kiddo can eat everything on the list unlike from some other mom n p*** and large chains. I want to say that most of the time we are fully satisfied with this location. Once in awhile, the flavor will be perfect, but the bottom will be a little under cooked. Rather than giving a one star review based on one mistake, I prefer to give a fair review based on my accumulated experience here. 9/10 times, I receive warm crispy pizzas. BUT first, make sure you know how to order the correct pizza...don't order if you don't know how to order a Pizza Hut pizza. When I was a kid...way back in the days...the rare times my parents would order takeout/pizza/etc...they'd always order Pizza Hut and the bottom was always crispy with a light airy bumpy texture, and a bit greasy. That's how I remember Pizza Hut as a child! Years later as an adult, I ordered Pizza Hut again on the app with the default crust which was Hand Toss and it came dry and cardboard like. I hated it. Only order hand toss if you're on a diet or like horrible food, but then you shouldn't be reviewing food on Yelp either. I tried a ordering the Original Pan crust and Bam I received the pizza of my childhood! All I ever order now is the Original Pan with garlic butter crust. I like the flavored crust option. At least this way I'll eat the crust. I usually receive my order within 30 mins because I live locally. Once in a while if you're ordering during peak hours, delivery will take longer. Doesn't delivery take longer during peak hours at most restaurants? Is it just me or is it pretty much common sense? Another tip is to get with the times and order on the app or online. With today's technology, there's really no reason to waste the employees' time on the phone. Unless you don't have access to a smart phone or internet, then I totally understand. Everyone else should download the Pizza Hut app or order online. Together we can free up the employees so that the pizza can be made faster and delivered sooner! Let them work efficiently to ensure customers are happy, so that they can minimize these low reviews. You should also order online or on the app to earn points! They really add up. I just got free breadsticks today and I have enough to redeem for a free pizza now. Anyway, to summarize make sure to always order the Original Pan crust and don't let the bad reviews deter you because majority of the time the pizza will taste amazing if you order it the way I do!

I waiting for 23 minutes at the front desk with NO ONE there to help me. Finally the pizza delivery guy returned and apologized profusely and I paid full price for my cold pizza. My order was completely wrong. I specifically NEVER order onions and it was covered in onions instead of green peppers

Most of the time I order from this Pizza Hut and I’m disappointed. I always pay for extra cheese so maybe I can get some, but today not the extra cheese or the pepperoni I ordered were included. Quality is bad on this one, sad because it’s so close to home and my kids love Pizza Hut… but I’m switching place now.

WORST PiZZA EVER! I'd you want fast pizza, order dominos pizza. Seriously. I won't say all Pizza Hut is this bad but this location takes the cake. Just order from another location. I asked for extra sauce and there was barely sauce, dough wasn't crispy, toppings wasn't on all slices. If I could give a negative review, I would. I had to throw out this pizza.

Well now I see why they only have one start review.. s*** not going to waste my time anymore at this location.. after calling a few times to place an order I was put on hold and they hung up on me 3 time.. talk About customer service Can even answer a f****** phone I even had to make a f****** account just to place this Yelp review which is someone thing I've never done before
