I ‘m a dasher and today I went to pick up a delivery. When I arrived the young lady was fine but the guy… he treated me like I was going to steal the food. Very bad service pizza hut, I felt very uncomfortable.

I placed an order for two large pizzas thru the app, got confirmation of my order and when I went to pick it up that had no record of my order. No solution was offered, so I went to Carls Jr. on the way home.

I am a huge pizza fan, and Pizza Hut is my favorite! I ordered a newer item, a sausage and pepperoni personal pan with a side of boneless honey barbecue wings. And guess what, I’m probably going to have it for lunch again today! This is a great combination and offer, so hopefully Pizza Hut will keep these options on the menu. I think it would do really well as a permanent option. At least it would for me. This location was great as well, great customer service, clean restroom, and the food was perfect!

Delivery via UberEsts. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve never thrown away a pizza before but tonight I did. I still feel sick from the one piece I did eat. The dough was raw and soggy. Even tried recooking it and it was still inedible. This was their New Yorker pizza. Stay away.

As far as customer service goes, different cashiers have different ways of engaging with customers. Some are ok with putting half cheese on a pizza, some are really hostile about it. Bummmmmmmer. Also will not be eating here for pizza anymore which is also good for my health anyway.
My order was ready in a timely manner. Just know you will have to pay more for ranch even when you buy Wings. Plus if you order online your paying a service charge. So you don't get discounts if you call, but are forced to go online. Then you get charged for using it. Thus taking away the discount. Just be mindful folks
