Delivery via UberEsts. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve never thrown away a pizza before but tonight I did. I still feel sick from the one piece I did eat. The dough was raw and soggy. Even tried recooking it and it was still inedible. This was their New Yorker pizza. Stay away.

As far as customer service goes, different cashiers have different ways of engaging with customers. Some are ok with putting half cheese on a pizza, some are really hostile about it. Bummmmmmmer. Also will not be eating here for pizza anymore which is also good for my health anyway.

Went to get a Boba near by and saw Pizza Hut and thought that would be a suitable dinner. Ordered a medium pizza, thin crust with 4 toppings. It was $32?! Thirty-two dollars... Do yourself a favor and just go to Blaze pizza and save about $20 and get unlimited toppings.

My order was ready in a timely manner. Just know you will have to pay more for ranch even when you buy Wings. Plus if you order online your paying a service charge. So you don't get discounts if you call, but are forced to go online. Then you get charged for using it. Thus taking away the discount. Just be mindful folks

Horrible phone service.. she had no clue or answers,when I asked for delivery to my hotel room that was 1.5 miles down the street from her
Bring your own trash can with you!! We were asked to take our Pizza Hut trash with us after we dined there because they don't offer a trash can to their dinners!!! Plus, Service charge fee?? Please put a sign or add it to your menus and let your customers know ahead of time instead of being sneaky!! so I haven't had Pizza Hut in a while and it's been always my favorite! I came to this location and dined there. their prices are ridiculous, they offer a menus with outdated prices and their deals suck, on top of that, they secretly add a hidden service charge (that hidden charge doesn't go as tip to employees) and they won't notify you about it until you're about to pay! The food was ok and they don't have a trash can and we were asked to take our trash with us It's definitely shady and dishonest No wonder why dominos is doing well and Pizza Hut is struggling. Never going back again to that garbage place!!

Terrible customer service on 06/26/23 around 12pm on my lunch break I picked up my order to go; 1 medium pizza and wings after receiving my order I asked the cashier for a plate. She said she couldn’t give me a plate unless I was dining in. I said ok then I’ll eat it here, can I have a plate? She said no because you ordered to go. I won’t be ordering from here anymore.

I don't know why I have this place a second try. The customer service is terrible and they don't care if they mess up your order. It's sad that they don't take accountability for their mistakes.
