Saturday March 8th 2025 was the first time that I visited this Pizza Hut location and I got to say I wish I would have came here sooner! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly cashier. When I inquired about specials he was helpful and helped me make my selection The wait time was minimal and when I got my food, it was amazing! It wasn't just typical Pizza Hut..... It was above & beyond amazing. I enjoyed it so much that I'm back again Sunday March 9th.

Customer service and quality of product is the number one reason that I do business at any place. It was very refreshing to be treated with kindness and professionalism and it certainly made a lasting impression.

So if you're looking for great customer service and excellent food, don't look any further...... You've got it right here at this Pizza Hut location!

I accidently ordered the wrong pizza online and didn't noticed it until I got home. I immediately called them to see if I can get what I actually meant to order. And without hesitation, Jeffery took care of everything for me. Thank you JEFFERY!!!

Really, what take our pizza place doesn’t have a menu. I was told I had to scan a code, not super unusual but it takes me to a rewards sign up page. I just want a pizza. Anyway I ask if I have to download the app to order and she says no you could order here but no menu. I ask what are the specials are and she say 1 lg meat lovers for 19 ish. I’m like ok, I guess that’s what I’ll have. After ordering , I see a placard on the counter telling about a $7 deal lovers special. It’s a small amount but very deceptive. I hate these kinda establishments. Corporate marketers are unethical

Jefferey!! Thanks so much for taking my order and having a welcoming environment! Not only did I get my order in a timely manner but I was able to have a friendly conversation and was able to feel at home. Not only did he make easy for me to talk to him but he also let me know what pizza hut can offer. He let me know about specials and catering. I don’t always get Pizza Hut but the attention to detail sold me! Pizza Hut alll the way moving forward!!

I used to really enjoy ordering from this Pizza Hut—the service was solid, and the pizzas arrived hot, fresh, and usually hit the spot. Even if there was an issue, the team always fixed it quickly. But recently, it feels like things have gone downhill, especially after dealing with a new evening staff member.

On September 17th, I tried using my rewards points online for a pickup order, but it didn’t work. So, I went to the store, thinking, “Surely they’ll help me in person.” Instead, I got greeted with a level of indifference that made me wonder if I’d interrupted a nap. After showing the guy my account and rewards, he just shrugged and said there was nothing he could do. Frustrated, I paid for a new pizza (after being graced with a $3 discount), only to find he didn’t even add the order to my account properly.

The next day, I tried again, this time successfully ordering online with my points. Finally, right? Nope—after waiting 25 minutes, I got a text saying my pizza had been delivered... except it hadn’t. When I called the store, guess who picked up? The same guy, with the same "nothing I can do" attitude. No apology, no solution, just a "call the manager tomorrow."

Long story short, I host pizza parties pretty regularly, but I won’t be returning here after this treatment. Maybe they should start offering customer service with extra cheese.

Pizza was great, (ofc) but it wasn’t conveniently located. The staff took down time to find the order and didn’t give condiments such as Parmesan cheese and chili.

Parking: No parking spot.

They are always very quick and friendly.
Jeff made sure I was taken care of when I received the incorrect pizza one time. It was no problem and ended up being a good pizza but he still made me feel heard and took care of my future order. Happy to spend money here!

Apparently Liliana no longer works there which is fantastic because she didn't offer any solutions to our delivery issue. On the other hand, we called back and spoke to Jeffrey and even though he was swamped with customers, he still took the time to resolve our issue. Awesome customer service! Thanks to Jeffrey for saving the day. You've redeemed Pizza hut's name!
