Pizza taste like a cardboard and after eating it puts you right on the toilet 35 minutes later... this has to be the worst PIZZA HUT in all Southern CALIFORNIA!!!!! Why are the still open....

My last pizza that I ordered when I went to pick it up I can see the girl was having a hard time getting it out of the tray which ended up leading to the crust on the edges of the pizza being all messed up and the pizza was overcooked

Worst experience ever! 6312 W 89th St, Los Angeles CA. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! We stopped in LA and our flight got delayed. We ordered pizza to our hotel from here thinking that we could rely on Pizza Hut. Our order was simple. A large cheese with no sauce, extra cheese and a side cup of sauce. The driver showed up with no side cup. I told him that it looked like sauce was in the pizza (my son is allergic). He assured me there was none. He left with his generous tip...pizza fully sauced. I called the store. The mgr told me that they do not offer refunds, too bad because the delivery service was closed for the night and offered me a next day pizza. I explained that we could not eat this and I was flying out first thing in the am. She...the MANAGER... Could do nothing. Worst experience ever!

Disappointed and disgusted with the pizza and the service. I work near LAX and ordered a medium I picked it up close to 3:pm 06/15/23. After spending $26 I drove it home, only to find that the sausage was spoiled. It was rank like a dirty old mop. I immediately called and spoke to "Diego" he was very curt with me. He offered to remake it however the meat was spoiled. I was turned off and live far away. He told me he gave me a credit to my phone number. I took the last of my money a spent it here for dinner. I won't get paid until midnight. He told me that Sonya was the GM. He refused to give me a last name, a number to corporate or a refund. I spoke with another Pizza Hut. The manager was nice. "Sam" informed me that they can indeed issue a refund and cancel the credit. He also said that the sausage more than likely wasn't properly covered and the container was possibly left out, I found the corporate number via internet. They're stationed in Texas and they were closed. I was treated Lila "oh well b***** to bad" my feelings were discounted, the service was atrocious and so is this pizza

Writing this review because I am very disappointed and upset that such an establishment would cut corners to save money in their pocket to allow their customers to be at home upset that are simply just trying to have dinner! And give your business our hard earned money!This is the least cheese cheese bread I've ever had from a Pizza Hut! We ordered from a PIZZA HUT specifically because we were looking forward to the Pizza Hut cheese bread that we are use to vs ordering a better quality of pizza where we would get at other franchises (it wasn't what we know to be Pizza Hut cheese bread) BUT to open the marinara sauce and see that it's NOT EVEN HALF WAY filled explains the type of business being ran here! We just called to share our sauce is only half filled (literally gone with 1 1/2 of breadsticks) to discover THE GENERAL MANAGER is the one who fills the marinara cups? And I mean TINY CUPS AT THAT. So no surprise this is the same person instructing staff to go UNDER on the cheese on the CHEESY BREAD. I am very disappointed! At home with 2 kids upset about dinner, thanks a lot GENERAL MANAGER , I hope the bucks you save on shorting your customers is amazing profits for you.
