My Christmas Eve party (5 guests) was RUINED because I was given COLD BURNT food. I had to wait 10 minutes in store even though my order showed as ready. I asked for a refund before I was given anything and I was told I'd have to come back after the holiday. HORRIBLE!!

My boyfriend has been a long time lover of pizza hut. I’ve caught him in bed cheating on me with the pizzas here multilple times. But this location has changed his tastes… thats right he ordered dominos… such a horrible day this is in history. When pizza huts number 1 fan has turned to the domino side… and his name is Sharvin Nannan Pizzahut.

We ordered the $7.00 medium pizza deal. What they don’t tell you is you have to order a second menu item of at least $7.00. So the min order is 14.00 plus tax. And they don’t tell you that requirement until they’ve gotten your first pizza ordered. It is very sneaky and underhanded of them and not good business. Also we ordered a thin and crispy crust. The pizza was awful. It was so overcooked I couldn’t tell if there was any cheese on top at all. The boneless wings with the sweet chili sauce were ok but honestly they were 50% batter. I doubt I’ll be back. I remember loving Pizza Hut. 20 years ago. Not anymore. We also got no napkins. Which just added insult to injury.
They delivered the wrong drink and refused to give me the right one or refund me

Ordered online for pickup. Ready in 15 minutes. Ordered a thin crust large super supreme pizza with 10 toppings. I arrived and checked in, the nice man reiterated my order to me making sure my toppings were correct (no ham or pork), and he asked me to check my pizza before leaving to make sure it was what I wanted. I was delighted with the sight and smell of my pizza. Exactly what I wanted. A++++ pizza!!!
