WORST EXPERIENCE EVER i normally don’t even leave reviews but this one needed one especially how staff treats the customers including manager . I ordered a pizza online for 11.99 for a large pepperoni carryout paid for it and everything and sent my bf in the store to pickup we go home and checked to see they gave us cheese pizza i drove back with my daughter and spoke with an employee who tried to give me the pizza back saying they couldn’t change it so i requested a manager who then told me i only ordered cheese so i said the coupon said pepperoni ……ANYWAYS manager seemed to not have a conclusion on what to do so i requested a refund employee then tells me that they put two cups of sausages on the side which i DID NOT REQUEST said they gave it to my bf when he went to pickup my bf said he didn’t receive it … employee then said they have a video camera which i requested to see the video and he refused after going back and forth for a good 20 mins i contacted police since they refused to give me back my money …. Police said i should go back and get my bf which i did all of this could’ve been avoided if they just redid the pizza …. The manager had a attitude staff was the SAME yet they continue thinking they could just take your money and talk to u any kind of way NO THANK U save yourself time and energy and head over to the pizza hut on western and venice the service is better there staff is more trained and friendly .

Topping Options Are Limited On Some Pizza Choices or Deals. The Girl Said They Have A Garlic Parmesan Sauce, But It Only Gave Me The Option For Mariana Sauce. & They Don't Offer Spinach. It's Carry Out Only...No Dine In.
I Am About To Order It Again, But A Different Choice of Pizza If I Can't Substitute The Marinara Sauce...Not A Huge Fan.

It's in the cut. Clutch ya pearls!! Anywho! Ordered a meat lover's cheesy crust..we got a thin crust, send u to the tooth emergency room crunchy, deflated crust..wasn't any cheese. The parmesean wings were plain, no seasoning at all. Were the employees high??? Omg! Things are too expensive to pay for horrible service, and have to argue about what they did not do!! Horrible..never again!! That Leimert pizza hut, cannot get right!!!

welp today is my last day ever eating Pizza Hut food made me throw up this morning!!
Totally unsatisfied I placed an order on the app and called them to modify my order and instead of them sending my updated order to the store the agent canceled my order and when I went to go pick up my food they said that it was cancelled and come to find out the call center cancelled it. Terrible had to wait for a whole hour and half! Totally unacceptable.
