Totally unsatisfied I placed an order on the app and called them to modify my order and instead of them sending my updated order to the store the agent canceled my order and when I went to go pick up my food they said that it was cancelled and come to find out the call center cancelled it. Terrible had to wait for a whole hour and half! Totally unacceptable.

The pizza wasn't cooked long enough, and the Cinna rolls were put in the microwave?kids wouldn't even eat the pizza or rolls a complete waste of gas, money, and time. ...fyi that's the leftovers
The supervisor Mia called to tell me that I have no choice but to pre pay over the phone and that I couldnāt pay with cash cause the order was 105$ and that no one was coming to pick up my food and that she canceled my order and before I could speak she hung up in my face and when I called back and was connected to her again she hung straight up so I called again and was connected to her I asked y she hang up in my face twice explained that was rude and ver unprofessional and asked for corporate number and told her I was filing a complaint on her and she gave me the wrong number before going off and saying she didnāt care and hung up on my face againā¦ā¦ now I donāt even feel comfortable placing any orders from this specific store because now I have to worry about if she does something to my food

I ordered from here via online. I wasnāt able to add a request but I wanted to let them know I didnāt want the pizza cut. I donāt eat pizza precut, I just donāt trust it. I tried to call multiple times. Phone number is for customer service and they had to transfer me to the store twice. The store put me on hold immediately both times, one without even speaking. It was too late by the second call. The pizza was delivered by a door dash driverā¦the price was $31 I had only planned to tip $4/5 since Iām up the street. I couldnāt tip what I wanted because obviously a door dash driver doesnāt have change on them. Both of these inconveniences costs me satisfaction and money. I am very disappointed. I didnāt eat the pizza as it was separated like someone took it apart. I need a refund, and idk how to get one because it was fricking cash. Iām so pissed off.

$11.16 for a personal pan, smaller than a single slice, and they charge $1.39 for crushed red pepper seeds. Luckily i had a single packet from somewhere else. Pizza tasted good for sure. I hope the insane cost means the friendly worker makes at least $18 an hour.
