ZERO RATING!!! Horrible customer service !!! Everybody should be terminated ! I called today to order delivery - the stupid bitch said they don't deliver to my address... but my house is 0.6 miles from the restaurant !! And I've ordered here plenty of times. Every time I call here it's always something !! Always !!

Whenever you order pizza here the Driver says they are outside and they are never outside but instead of them coming to you front door they Cancel your order this the 3rd time they have don't this and it's always the afternoon shift. Just poor service over all if I could give a Zero star that's what they would have
This place is exactly what it looks on the outside and so I called to order stuffed crust pizza and this guy tells me he is going to call the police on me because they had the wrong picture of a pizza on their website super ridiculous I will never ever ever spend any money here and then it was some crazy guys little boys hanging outside of the store and inside acting crazy and like fools and I didn't want to go inside so I got back in the car instead of going back in there and giving that guy a piece of my mind and showing him my phone of the picture that I'm talking about I should get a free pizza just because he made that mistake I don't think the police are going to do anything about that situation

We've been patrons of this business, off & on, over 20 years. Overall, their pizzas and service have been fine. We like to support businesses in our neighborhood. But, today I had a horrible experience. It's exceptionally hot, so I stayed in my air conditioned car while my grandson went in to pick up our 2 extra large pizzas. When home, we discovered one pizza was badly burned. Usually, when I pick up a pizza, they open the box and show me the pizza for approval, without asking, before giving it to me. I called to let them know their mistake, and possibly get a refund. I was told off by the manager "Liz". So insulting, argumentative and rude, I will never return. Pizza Hut franchise owner, you need to clean house.
