Although the person wasn’t being personally aggressive. His attitude towards my questions were in the worst way. No type of gratitude or knowledge of how to talk to a customer. And then before that. He took a phone call while he was attending me. Prices are way too high for what the quality of what hall are selling. Parking lot is empty. Thought I was lucky, haha. Guess not.

I did my order online so all I have to do was pick it up. It was quick and simple. Tried the new "My Hut Box" with a full chicken parmesan melt and drink for about $15.. and that was going to get my order. Had I set it for delivery it would have cost me closer to $25 which is what one of their regular pizzas starts at.
Food was satisfactory considering it is what you'd expect from pizza hut but no points on the presentation aspect.. it looked like it was just thrown in the box and sauce was everywhere. I got my order around 9 pm so ??‍♀️...
In today's times with what I call post pandemic pricing (or should I say over pricing) even franchises like pizza hut should think about standing apart even from other pizza huts.. I still enjoyed the process though.

When I placed my order for delivery it gave me a timeframe of 10-20 minutes . I placed my order at 9:10 the pizza was not delivered until 10pm . I contacted Pizza Hut to inquire about my order and the supervisor was very rude . He told me , “oh well, we are doing the best we can, we have several deliveries and Uber picked up your pizza at 9:30pm. Give them 15 more minutes.” This was already at 9:55pm. Pizza Hut is literally 5 minutes from my house. The supervisor never apologized for the inconvenience. His tone and attitude was so bad I had ask him was this a corporation or franchise. He identified himself as the general manager . He refused to give me the owners information. He directed me to file a complaint online . This was by far the worst service and experience ever . Had my kids not have been hungry and me being out of town I would have canceled this order immediately.

The driver had an attitude in her Range Rover and was swinging my pizza in the bag and turned over the rest of my food to pull out only the pizza. She could have pulled it out all together without turning over the rest of the food. Then the only thing they got right on the pizza was the light sauce in the comments but I chose extra pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza one topping. I’ve deleted my whole app and I’m going to dominoes

Edwin the supposed to be manager at this location. Is completely unaware of everything. This guy has lack of knowledge, about everything need better training I ordered pizza for my kids march 9 around 6:02 PM. The estimated arrival time was 631 at 6:51. My kids begin to complain of their hunger so I contacted the restaurant. when they answer the phone I asked about my order they placed me on hold for about eight minutes. when the guy Edwin comes back to the phone. he has a complete nonchalant attitude and informs me that DoorDash has took over Pizza Hut deliveries so he doesn’t know what’s going on with my order. I am formed him that I deliver from you guys twice a week, so I am aware of the DoorDash delivery. What I am not aware of is the general manager not being able to locate my food.. I also informed him that it was the only money that I had available and that my kids were really hungry.. he informed me nonchalantly they would have to wait 3 to 5 business days to eat or they can wait another hour .. I was shocked and appalled.. Then Edwin began to talk to some one and his background without even placing me on a hold.. I was in total disbelief .. I said hello a few more times and when I realize this guy could care less about my order or customer service I hung up and emailed channel 5 news and contacted pizzahut corporate complaint line.. I’ve never witnessed any behavior like this things definitely have to change

Be sure to take an inventory of all of your food! Half of our chicken was missing from our order!After I, reported the problem with our food; they,claimed that they have Camaras in the store; and, the drivers wouldn't eat any of the customers food!I, asked them do they have Camaras in the driver's cars?Then; the representative on the phone! Decided to offer me, a 10% discount on a future order!I, advised Pizza Hut representative to donate, the missing food to the homeless! Because; he may be homeless; one day as well!

I came here from out of state and I wanted some Pizza Hut cuz they close down in my state. But the prices were higher than I expected so I was saying that and the cashier got very upset and said she didn’t owned Pizza Hut and if I didn’t like the prices then don’t order that to me is not how you talk to a customer. I will Never go there .again. But I did get my food even though the order was wrong and they had to redo it.
