Edwin the supposed to be manager at this location. Is completely unaware of everything. This guy has lack of knowledge, about everything need better training I ordered pizza for my kids march 9 around 6:02 PM. The estimated arrival time was 631 at 6:51. My kids begin to complain of their hunger so I contacted the restaurant. when they answer the phone I asked about my order they placed me on hold for about eight minutes. when the guy Edwin comes back to the phone. he has a complete nonchalant attitude and informs me that DoorDash has took over Pizza Hut deliveries so he doesn’t know what’s going on with my order. I am formed him that I deliver from you guys twice a week, so I am aware of the DoorDash delivery. What I am not aware of is the general manager not being able to locate my food.. I also informed him that it was the only money that I had available and that my kids were really hungry.. he informed me nonchalantly they would have to wait 3 to 5 business days to eat or they can wait another hour .. I was shocked and appalled.. Then Edwin began to talk to some one and his background without even placing me on a hold.. I was in total disbelief .. I said hello a few more times and when I realize this guy could care less about my order or customer service I hung up and emailed channel 5 news and contacted pizzahut corporate complaint line.. I’ve never witnessed any behavior like this things definitely have to change

Be sure to take an inventory of all of your food! Half of our chicken was missing from our order!After I, reported the problem with our food; they,claimed that they have Camaras in the store; and, the drivers wouldn't eat any of the customers food!I, asked them do they have Camaras in the driver's cars?Then; the representative on the phone! Decided to offer me, a 10% discount on a future order!I, advised Pizza Hut representative to donate, the missing food to the homeless! Because; he may be homeless; one day as well!

I came here from out of state and I wanted some Pizza Hut cuz they close down in my state. But the prices were higher than I expected so I was saying that and the cashier got very upset and said she didn’t owned Pizza Hut and if I didn’t like the prices then don’t order that to me is not how you talk to a customer. I will Never go there .again. But I did get my food even though the order was wrong and they had to redo it.

The pizza was ready for pick up at the time they said would be ready. The pizza was delicious and just how i ordered it. The employee was nice and offered extras.
I was in the mood for a cheese pizza with added pineapple, and this location definitely created a pizza that satisfied my craving! Service was very courteous and I received my pizza within a reasonable amount of time (approximately 20 minutes or so). Obviously this is one of those stop-and-go Pizza Hut locations, so there isn't much to the ambiance, but the employees are definitely doing their job well nonetheless. Five stars for the excellent work. I also highly recommend! :)

I came to this location today to pick up my online ordered and noticed I ordered the wrong toppings, I spoke with Mr. Angel And he helped me out without a hesitation. He was super kind & the best service I’ve had at a Pizza Hut. This store always is on point with their orders & customer service.
I love to order, they never got my order wrong, they always call to make sure the fix it..

I here to get a pizza but in the last min but they tell me I can't pay with a 100 dollar bill and I ask them for there managers they say wait for 30 minutes and I feel like this is a bad problem
