Ordered two new York style and they sucked. Besides the high price the pizzas weren't good.

I ordered a cheese pizza for my 5 year old son with less cheese/light cheese. When I collected it was really dark and had a ring of black around the edge. I looked at it and said to the staff member "this looks burned or VERY well fired" and he said "nah, that's just how it cooks - the cheese didn't go all the way to the edge so the sauce burned." I said "my son won't eat this if it's dark and burned". and he just shrugged and said "it isn't burned". Paying $15 for a medium pizza on special offer... and it just went in the trash - my son wouldn't touch it. Had paid for it in the app before collection so had no option to refuse payment. Really REALLY disappointed. Pizza was rock hard like card board, and burned around the edges, plus they added a $2 "California service charge" on top of the price of the pizza and tax - lucky this was collection, but still super disappointed. Been having Pizza Hut since 1988, this is the worst experience.

Pizza Hut overcharges you. It puts on excessive fees. It does not even deliver it to you. It has doordash do that now. The food was cold and the new honey hot chicken wings were tasteless.

After the minimum wage increase in 2023, pizza hut fired ALL delivery drivers to only use uber/door dash. Their pizza sucks worse than their policies. Do not solicit this parasitic business.

False advertising 7.00 pizza as long as you buy 2. Bought 3 Items for 28.97. Should have been 21.00 n tax . Oh and love the 2.07 service fee. What's wrong with you guys.... You not the only place out there. Word of mouth is not going to work for you.

First time ordering pizza feom here in years and, for the most part, a very easy experience by phone. My only issue was the person taking my order didn't know the specials. After trying to get what I wanted the I headed out to pick it up... The order was finished about the time they had said to come get it around 40 minutes. My order was a large pepperoni and chicken Alfredo pasta! When I arrived at the store I paid and was handed my order I needed to remind the person I had a pasta also as he seemed a bit rushed not sure why as there was only one other person waiting for food.Once I grabbed my food, I headed back home, and the kiddos seemed very happy with the chicken Alfredo, remarking on how good it was and wished I had bought them one each. The pizza was pizza hit standard, nothing crazy.Overall, this could have been a 5, but the lack of experience at the counter and over the phone holds them back.

Decent , but always hot. I didnt like how they dont allow stuffed crust on mediums or below, and charge +4.00 per topping on a large... pretty excessive. 4.00 for .20-.50c of ingredients. Seems like overboard. Too expensive. But... good.

I can't understand anyone who answers the phone here. I had to call for delivery because the app wasn't working, then they wouldn't honor the coupon on the app even though they says "the website is probably down." I spoke to three people and no one thought to ask a manager to honor the coupon. I finally manage to order my OVERPRICED pizza from the website and it arrives cold they're even though they're only 5 minutes from my house. So then I had to call back and got the same two people who don't speak clear English. I WAS ON THE OHINE OR ON HOLD FOR AT LEAST TWENTY MINUTES TONIGHT with this awful group of employees. Honestly, so disappointed in this location. CORPORATE: The people who answer the phones represent your company. They need to speak clear English. I paid just under $30 for a COLD medium pizza. Slices are so small that it takes 3 slices to equal a normal pizza slice. If I was driving, I would've gone to Round Table and gotten a way better, bigger pizza and avoided these employees who could clearly care less about customer service.

The ambiance is very depressing and very outdated, the workers look slobby and dim. This place needs to be renovated with better atmosphere and ambitious workers.

I just walked out because after girl got off the phone taking an order she asked me to wait since she was "the only one here" and I watched her walk to where they make pizza and without washing her hands start building 2 pizzas. "You don't wear gloves" and she answers "I just washed my hands". She was spreading the sauce with her fingers! Yikes
