terrible customer service I ordered pizza that cost 42.00 dollars and it was delivered looking like it had been slammed on the ground all the toppings were gone off the 2 pizzas like the driver was speeding and wasn't paying attention to the order in the back seat.. to top it off i call back and complain sent pictures to the dasher and all the claimed that they were sending out more pizzas but Ive had to call back 3 times and all 3times they lied and said that they were on the way or being made soFinally i get pissed and ask which one is it and what are all the lies for its a simple replacement order... so my wife is on her was to get the money back and this was a terrible experience on a Christmas eve.

So disappointed. They used doordash for delivery and they stole my food. And did nothing to terminate that employee. I hope they enjoyed the food. Then they wonder why they don't get tips.

This place didn't impress me with their customer service. I ended up leaving. The employee didn't seem satisfied with what the business could do either. Seems like poor MGMT if I had to guess. For food their options are all mostly bad for you and the planet, kinda what you'd expect. Chipotle is better and nearby. They have almost no vegan options and if you are a vegan this place does not care and will overcharge you for very underwhelming custom pizzas. This isn't the kind of place you can really hang out either.Hope they revamp their menu and offer water cups if people need them.

Used to like this place for chain food pizza but the last time we went it was bleh and I feel like I got sick after. So greasy. I won't be going back here.

Wish I could give zero stars. Pizza was delivered over an hour after being ordered on line and Completely cold. I would be Leary of ordering from here. Horrible customer service and staff with disgusting attitudes. If you don't like your job...quit. Don't take it out on customers.

I payed for extra pepperonis and sauce on top like the Brooklyn style they previously had. I order my pizza like this everywhere I go at multiple different Pizza Huts I've never been denied. But today was a different story. When I called, the manager was extremely rude for no apparent reason. It was 3 in the afternoon on a Thursday and no one was there when I arrived. So they clearly weren't busy. Again the manager had a really bad attitude with me when I came in. My pizzas came with barely any cheese, barely any sauce and no pepperonis... when I asked why, she replied in a very nasty manner and told me the pepperonis fell off in the oven, then told me if I wanted to more pepperonis I would have to wait another 20 min. I was very polite when I asked for my refund. But her attitude from the beginning was completely uncalled for she should not be in a managing position she doesn't know how to communicate and didn't know how to make a pizza.

Five stars...I know! The other reviews make you nervous. Let me give you my "why" for the 5 stars:Arlene, the person who put the pizza in my hand was amazing!! She was, hands down, the reason I am taking the time out because she deserves to get recognized. Literally the kindest, most thoughtful and accurate delivery driver I have ever come across in 3 decades, Ever! She was professional, respectful of our community rules, and careful not to disturb neighbors. She found our unit in the dark. My food arrived hot and on time. My pizzas were accurate. The toppings were plentiful and the cheese covered the pizza the way it should. In terms of quality, I'm a bit of a pizza snob. I purposely ordered Pizza Hut because someone in our house requested it. I didn't order my favorite small business pizza place in Santa Barbara that I would gladly drive 2 hours to get. It was roughly 11pm on a weekend night and I ordered Pizza Hut. The pizza tasted like good, hot Pizza Hut pizza. So, what I'm saying is, I don't go to Popeye's and expect the food to taste like Granville's. For a chain restaurant, it was good, hot, and cooked fully. The cooks did a great job. I actually noticed that they spread the toppings nicely on all three pizzas and didn't skimp on them. My pizzas pie sizes and portions were on point. The thin and crispy crust with chicken and bell pepper was great and dad could have a cheat day from all the bland food he is stuck eating to keep his health up.I had also called the Pizza Hut store after placing my order online to request a possible adjustment. Guess who answered!?! Someone named Christopher (remember that other review). He was thorough and he was kind. He did not rush me. He agreed to try to make the adjustment for my father and said that it was no trouble. Now my disclaimer: My great-grandmother always told me to be both extremely patient and genuinely kind to the people who make your food. So, I am straightforward when there is problem, but I am veryyyyyy patient and kind....and I treat people the way I would want to be treated if I were in their position---even when a mistake is made. I expect a mistake to be corrected if it ruins my experience, but I also expect humans to be human. So, that's my bias. So, I want to be fully honest about my overall experience with this Pizza Hut for those with a raised eyebrow. We have probably ordered big orders maybe 10 times over the last 5-6 years. About 8 of the 10 orders went perfectly. One mistake was tiny, they forgot the dipping sauce. Then....two or three years ago, was the one time my order got botched. My guess, it was someone new or rushed. I called the next morning. The supervisor wasn't in yet. They took my information and she called me within 15 minutes of starting her shift (yes I was surprised and noticed because they had told me what time she would arrive). She listened to my long story completely and did not rush me. Now, I didn't blame anyone because, when I picked up the order, the staff looked like it might be their first job (and I remember being a teen and fumbling). The supervisor apologized profusely and asked if I wanted her to send an order that morning or if I wanted a credit/comp. I chose the comp and waited a couple months before using it. They got my order correct and it tasted fine when I used the comp. The verdict: I'm a loyal customer as long as the food is decent-to-good, and I keep having these fantastic customer service experiences. Thanks Arlene, Christopher, and the Saturday night staff.

Terrible customer service. Ordered less than an hour ago for carryout. After i returned home I found my order missing vital items. I call once and am hung up on by Christopher. I call back and a semi helpful women credits me $5 i told her that is not sufficient so she hangs up on me for the second time. I call again the store manager who said her name was monica sounded hispanic stated my complaint was not worthy of a refund and i asked for owners information so i can complain to someone who would actually remedy the situation. And she said i would need to google that information so i did. So the three people who worked Saturday night 2/25/23 7pm shift thanks for nothing. I never deal with anything like this at dominos

After receiving gift cards from our HP rep, my job decided to order food from Pizza Hut. My GM was reluctant due to the that Pizza Hut due to the area and previous experiences. Well, I wish I would have listened. The pizza was dry. There was barely any sauce and cheese. The toppings were try. The bread was tough, especially the bottom of the pizza was like the tray it came in. The breadsticks were hard. Sadly I threw up the food. The only thing that was decent to me was the cinnamon buns. I had better at the Target Pizza Hut inside of their food avenue and they aren't even the actually Pizza Hut chain. The online ordering system was great. The delivery was timely. But all that to get some nasty food for damn near $50 was ridiculous. What's going on with food places these days.

Generally this place is fine but what I cannot stand is when they do forget something for your order they think it's ok to ask you to wait another 30-40 minutes to get it. Do they not care or understand how eating works? How food works? So either we wait and the food is cold that we have or we eat the the item separately which doesn't work most of the time. Or you can get credit. So that means after a bad experience you want me to be excited to order from you again? That's not how it works. They need to check their orders for quality control because this isn't it.

It was too packed, and some people were leaving, and it too long to receive my pizza

Writing this on an empty stomach. Ordered one large stuffed crust at 8:30pm. Got confirmation email. Pizza never came. It is now 12:55am. They took my money, and gave me no pizza. No call, no update. Nothing.

I've purchased a chicken and red onion pizza from this location several times. I was always pleased. But this time I was beyond disappointed. The toppings tasted freezer burnt. The middle part of the crust was chewy with a weird aftertaste. I actually thank them for helping me decide to make my own in the future. Because I refuse to take a chance on buying inedible food.‍
