I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this Pizza Hut. My order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 6:07 PM, but it turns out they had it sitting in the back the whole time. No one bothered to let us know it was ready until 7:12 PM. That’s over an hour of waiting for no reason. Extremely unorganized and frustrating. I expect better communication and customer service.

Pizza Hut has always been one of my favorite pizza spots since I lived in Massachusetts. This place serves hot, fresh pizza with delicious ingredients. Customer service is always good too. I've always received great customer service from all the employees I've dealt with here! Thank you 😁🍕❤️

The worst experience ever . What happened to Pizza Hut it used to be such a fine place to go eat . Over price small wings too much salt soggy and greasy not only that at the end of my order when everything is ready and made they let me know that they don't have any blue cheese to go with it. Then Jose the cashier gets mad and makes a face and gives me attitude when he asked me if I wanted some ranch instead, I told you I didn't want any of that earlier on but I obviously had to take it because you guys didn't have any blue cheese. dude seriously You should have checked into your inventory and let me know this before in the beginning and I would have never requested or order anything it was 2 p.m. when I made my order and you guys run out of blue please you knew specifically I didn't want any Ranch I told you this in the beginning before I made my order. what kind of business are you guys running seriously I would never be returning to this awful place on top of that do not get fool these people charge you for a service fee of terrible Pizza and customer service what the hell is that all about? It seemed like everything was made on a microwave or something I would definitely recommend you to go Little Caesars across the street I should have just went there. First and last time I ever go to this awful Place. Pizza Hut I was never a customer in the first place but you will definitely not see me again, I will never go back to your business seriously.

The pizza wasn’t worth the price I paid for, terrible quality, terrible delivery service, it was left on the door steps, I asked for extra cheese and it was less cheese than regular, never again order this pizza.
Im So mad with their horrible service!!! my daughters were so hungry waiting for 3 hours kept telling me my food was going to be ready in 30min, so at the end they can tell me that my order was not yet out for delivery!!!! What a horrible service!!!!!! You guys don’t understand the frustration I feel! My order was supposed to be out for delivery at 10pm and was going to remake my pizza and be handed to me at 12:30!!!

Food was not ready on time even though I was notified it was ready to be picked up. I waited for 30 minutes in the store and finally had to cancel because they never had it ready.

Account was hacked and this store didn't check for verification! HIGHLY RECOMMEND REMOVING ANY TYPE OF PAYMENT FROM ALL PIZZA HUT SITES - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE CAN'T REACH ANYONE!!!!

I ordered the stuffed crust, large pepperoni pizza and I have to admit they were really friendly and very quick and the pizza tasted super delicious.
The cheese of course in the crust was its separate meal so I pulled the crust away. Ate the pizza first and then ate the crust like it was the fun bread.
This location is designed for I recommend using the app just so you don’t have to wait but if you do have to wait? They’re pretty friendly. The store is very clean and I didn’t mind waiting outside.
The worst case scenario is about 15 minutes, but that’s still very good considering they’re turning a pizza out every two minutes Cut and ready to eat.
The flavor is delicious. I’m going to try their big box soon. That looks like a great deal.!
