My pizza was wrong, we call and the so-call person in charged name Jocelyn has no customer skills, is rude , and did nothing to resolve my issue. Pizza was wrong when we ask her to fix the issue she wanted to credit me a side dip for the inconvenience. Why would I want a side dip? When I can't even eat my pizza bc is wrong. Now pizza hut we gotta retrain Jocelyn in her customer skills bc out of all the pizza places we choose pizza hut. The issue didn't get resolved until I told her remake my pizza and do it right bc im a paying customer. She then put me on hold to get authorization from someone else, which that just tells me Jocelyn was not the person in charged. Please retrain jocelyn to when is pizza huts employees fault you gotta apologizes to the customer, make it right so the existing paying customer comes back to purchase again and have a good positive attitude bc honestly I will not be back to pizza hut anymore. Jocelyn ruined my experience. The girl on the phone said her name was Jocelyn manager in charged for the night shift but when we went to pick up the remake pizza turns out she lied about her name on the phone and her name is jasmine. Jasmine manager in charge for the night shift.

So I go an try to order pizza like any other normal person lol get this check this they take over a hour to deliver to me 0.3 miles away and when the driver gets here he is on the phone with another random man speaking a different language on top of he refused to come to the front door which any pizza delivery person would do and he proceeds to tell me you don’t have exact change ? What are you doing and I’m like are you serious you don’t have any cash ?

Ordered two pizzas. One was supposed to have cheese on only half the pizza (severely lactose) but they did not put cheese on the entire pizza even though there were specific notes on the ‘special instructions’ area to not put cheese on only half the pizza. We tried to contact the store directly to report this and no one ever answered the phone. The representative from the third-party customer service number we were redirected to could do nothing—not sure why the redirect is even an option. We ended up having to reorder from a completely different pizza company to get what we wanted/needed for our family.

So my Daughter order pizza half no cheese the cover the whole pizza with cheese they said they could not give her a refund the guy has with glasses has very bad service never again
Terrible food service, ordered 2 pizzas online and only received one, they could not explain as to why this happened and just left me on hold and ignored my call.
To pay with card you have to give them your pin ..... you tell them your pin over the glass and they type it in . I don't trust that one bit . Only location I heard that does this .

Always gotta wait 10/15 minutes before someone answers the bell from the back! Orders are never ready no matter what time I get there! Avoid this location if you're in a hurry to get home!
Honestly I ordered my food from this Location by accident cause I normally order from the one on Figueroa but I was shocked to see that this location was poorly managed I didn’t see anybody anywhere in the place and the phone was ringing back to back to back the first 5 minutes I was standing there…the customer in front of me was super mad and told me that 2 customers had actually just walked out of there because they had not been helped I just stood there in amazement as finally out of no where comes this rep with a wacky grin on his face like the speed of lighting helping the guy then me but he had no customer service skills at all he seemed to be in a hurry n was rushing the Customers outta the store I asked him for napkins after I paid for my order and I swear he looked at me like I was saying something outta this world and then un politely said “ashhh wait one second” and gave me 4 Napkins honestly it was horrible then when I got home and saw my order it was over…. The pizza was undercooked with way so much sauce that it was dripping every time I took a bite n the worst my pet peeve always when it comes to pizza the pie was not cut right I had to recut the slices when I was eating truthfully this was the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been at I would not recommend this place to anybody in my neighborhood…not worth the $20 I paid for a medium pizza and pasta or the 10 minute drive there I’m honestly disappointed n do not anticipate going to that location ever again shame on whom ever trained the kid that was helping the customers and the no show manager who never did show face!!!!

My overall experience was good, food was delicious, the service was good but where it located is not so great. But in my opinion it's a good place to go.
