Terrible service over the phone and they rush out there orders not taking the time to follow basic instructions resulting in subpar food .

I'm very upset about my order yesterday . I don't like brownies and That's not what I ordered. I ordered a cookie
If you eat from here, I do not recommend anything other than takeout in order to verify your order. In multiple deliveries the order has either been mistaken or entire parts of an order replaced (like fries instead of cheese sticks) without communicating as to why.
It's somewhat a failing on my part not being bilingual enough, but customer complaints seem to be responding Spanish-only after clarifying my language, and the online form doesn't work because it doesn't recognize any city input as valid. I was only able to submit a complaint through the survey they typically send hours later.
