I ordered from this location and they made my daughter a pizzas and the dough was still raw in the middle and it wasn’t cooked properly didn’t not replace my daughter so that was a waste of money will never ordered from this location again customer service was very rude and poor! Worst experience would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered special was told different times. Driver acted like he was unaware of direct address and apartment name when told multiple times. He walks up with a unmarked duffle bag and no uniform with no car and tries explaining how he couldn't simply gps the direct address. I open my food to see the wrapper been tampered with and my food have been vandalized as if things were stuck into my food. I'm unsure why when the ordering process was completely positive for the most part. I'm unsure why i was texted my a direct pizza hut number with an eta and a random unmarked private number from a person with no uniform delivering my pizza. This has been a long and very amazing relationship and memories with pizza hut and now I'm honestly uncomfortable with this branch with my money not knowing what or who will be make or handling food I'm consuming. I pray you guys can get it together for the health of this country bc we love pizza hut. I called to get a replacement or respond was left unanswered. I'd love a full refund please thank you .

This place is trash. Ordered a pizza at 6pm to be delivered at 8:30. I call and get a rude answer and left on hold. I call back and get a rude response back saying my order will be ready in 25-30 min when I made the order at 6pm to be delivered at 8:30 you would think that would be enough time. Not for this place. Never ordering here again

I had a horrible experience with this Pizza Hut, when I called in about my order being wrong the person who answered the phone was just absolutely rude. He gave me a terrible attitude & once I told him that I wanted his name & the number to the corporate office he told me that he didn’t care that I was going to call them then proceeded to hang up. He didn’t answer the phone when I called back
Horrible customer experience! It's not the first time I have an issue with my order not being prepared how I asked. Im not sure if their employees are too lazy to cover the wings with the Buffalo sauce for the wings. I ordered buff mild wings and they gave me COMPLETELY PLAIN Chicken. I called and they told.me to call back because the manager was not available & once I called back they wouldn't answer my call.
