This place is trash. Ordered a pizza at 6pm to be delivered at 8:30. I call and get a rude answer and left on hold. I call back and get a rude response back saying my order will be ready in 25-30 min when I made the order at 6pm to be delivered at 8:30 you would think that would be enough time. Not for this place. Never ordering here again

I had a horrible experience with this Pizza Hut, when I called in about my order being wrong the person who answered the phone was just absolutely rude. He gave me a terrible attitude & once I told him that I wanted his name & the number to the corporate office he told me that he didn’t care that I was going to call them then proceeded to hang up. He didn’t answer the phone when I called back

Horrible customer experience! It's not the first time I have an issue with my order not being prepared how I asked. Im not sure if their employees are too lazy to cover the wings with the Buffalo sauce for the wings. I ordered buff mild wings and they gave me COMPLETELY PLAIN Chicken. I called and they told.me to call back because the manager was not available & once I called back they wouldn't answer my call.

I should have ordered through one of the food delivery services, maybe things would have been better? When I picked my pizza up from the front desk of my apartment, I noticed that the box was not sealed. Someone ate one of my pizza squares before I picked it up. My drink was cold, and the pizza was too! Between the time of me being notified that the pizza had arrived and me picking it up from downstairs was five minutes. I paid a $7 dollar service fee and a tip, Between the time I placed the order and the time it arrived, it was 30 minutes. I will never have them deliver to me again!

I asked for extra marinara on my pizzas and they barely put any. I also ordered for delivery 2 of the hut boxes, 1 with a drink and didn’t receive my drink. When my order arrived, the guy said they didn’t give him a drink even tho it was on my receipt. So I called and the Pizza Hut worker said it’s because they don’t carry that drink (root beer). SO WHY WAS IT AN OPTION? I asked if he seen that I chose that drink on my order and they didn’t have it, WHY WASNT I CALLED TO ASK FOR ANOTHER OPTION? Of course he didn’t have an answer. All he said was I could come to the store for refund or another drink. If I wanted to come to the store I would have DONE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE! The only way he would give me a refund was if I came into the store. Do better
