The part of the menu that isn't pizza is normally pretty sad at pizza restaurants. But at Pizzana other dishes, including the polpette (meatballs) and the Caprese salad, may be the star attractions. And the pizza is also excellent. Great service and a good-but-limited wine selection top off a terrific casual, gourmet Italian dining experience.Parking is limited, so consider taking a ride-hailing service to Pizzana.

This is my favorite casual neighborhood pizza spot. Everything on the menu is good but I especially recommend the brussels salad and the funghi, spinaci and neo margherita pizzas. The service is always great as well. They have 2 tables outside too so if you prefer sitting outside I recommend booking in advance. My girlfriend and I come here at least once a month and will keep coming back!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian pizzas, apps and salads.

Lots of great food options! GF pizza is cooked in the same ovens so you have to ask them to cook the pizza on a metal tray to prevent the crust from being completely contaminated, but be aware that since it's a shared oven, cross contamination will occur regardless (which is important if you have celiac or are very reactive to gluten).Dietary restrictions: Their GF crust is pretty good. Salads are generally GF too.

"Caccio y Pepi" is the best! it has a white sauce and cheeses whose names I've never heard of that are so delicious. I can't even explain it. I couldn't believe I could get delivery all the way over towards Pasadena when they are far over towards the west side. It was worth the extra expense of delivery. Their pizza taste just like you are back in Italy. I know. I'm Italian!

Sorry for my dads cooking but these were the best bolognese i have ever had. It was a really fun experience watching them stack pizza while talking with your family. The service was great even when they're fully booked. It was a little crowded but that didn't bother me at all
The pizza slaps, I love this place. Would definitely be back. They have a very good white pizza if you're into that sorta thing.

Pizzana is another west LA brentwood restaurant that because of its location can charge whatever they desire. For lackluster food. Notably, the pizza in LA is just not all that, we all generally know this. I have tried multiple times to give Pizzana a chance, but the reality is that it's overpriced and they always BURN the pizza. I understand it's wood fired but should the back of the pizza be more than 70% black? This has happened several times. They clearly are forgetting to take the pizza out of the ovens in time and this is a service issue, because no one wants to eat burned pizza. There is a better pizza place that is a little further away, it's in Westwood and it's called Pomodoro Trattoria. I highly recommend that place if you are looking for a pizza that is not burned and not extremely overpriced.

My favorite pizza place. You have to try their Cacio E Pepe. We tried it, and the pizza was so delicious and crispy. They are great for take-out, too. They have an option for you to finalize the cooking of the pizza at home.
