Pizzeria Bianco is simply AMAZING. The food is always SPECTACULAR and the service is always EXCELLENT.
The service was excellent throughout my stay. The pizza was one of the best I've ever tasted, and the focaccia was outstanding. I thought that so much olive oil wouldn't work well, but I was wrong! It's a place I would definitely go back to!
First time visitor. Best margherita pizza I've ever tasted! The tomato sauce was the highlight, though the crust was exceptional as well. Only wished there was a location closer to Vancouver Canada so I might be able to return sooner!
Vincent was a very attentive server. We had the pear salad, the prosciutto + fontina cheese combination and a pizza, which was great. A Great meal and the Dodgers won.
The food was excellent - as always. I just would have never sat three people on a table for two. Especially not when they had made a reservation and were known to be high profile reviewers. With the current experience, I have to reduce my ratings from 5 to 4 stars :-(
Great experience overall. Excellent service matched the wonderful dishes. The salads and the pizzas (ordered two of each) were all fantastic and completed one another. ; An awesome downtown gem!
I am a pizza aficionado. I've been to Una Pizza Napoletana in NYC. La Gatta in Rome. Pizza Bianco in Phoenix. Many others. I love them all and LA location @Bianco doesn't discipline. My favorite dish was the carrot and celery purée.
Delicious discovery in ROW DTLA. We had never been to this vibrant and charming location. Once parked we had no trouble finding PB which is just a few minutes walk from the structure. Our immediate reaction was that we loved the look, the menu options and the service. We had a beautiful plate of tomatoes and cheese with a serving of excellent focaccia. I felt like I was back in Rome. Then we had a standout starter: the roasted carrots. Impossible to describe, impossible to stop eating it. The the pizza - just like they serve in Naples. So light, crisp and airy. Even tho we were sated and very full, we asked for the delicate olive oil cake. So light, with delicate crisp edges, a cloud of whipped cream and fresh, juicy stone fruit. A marvelous meal.
Great food, nice staff, music at a low level just as I like it!! Thank you for making my birthday special.
Terrible service. Ignored by the host. Server was never friendly. We asked him if there was a bar nearby we could go to to continue drinking and he pointed to a public bench outside and said go sit there. Then the host came over and said someone had a birthday and had been waiting 20 minutes. We were there less than two hours at this point so not sure why we were targeted. The table we were given was right by the host station so it's not like it was prime table and we heard him letting him lots of people who did not have reservations, even though the restaurant was busy. We were three moms catching up.

Went to Pizzeria Bianco many times when I lived in Phoenix. This was like tasting just what I remembered. You know you're going to get a great pizza with super fresh, quality ingredients every time. Great to have Chris Bianco and his restaurants in LA!
Great pizza place and a beautiful lively environment to walk around in after you eat. The best pizzas are always the specials!
I've been before and had a wonderful experience many years ago. This time was disappointing. Server just didn't seem enthusiastic. Also very forgetful. I explained that one of us was vegetarian and asked if we could do one of the pizzas with meat and only half to which who replied yes. The pizza showed up With meat on all of it. A genuine mistake, understandably. However, he took away the food menu when we said we only want to sell a pizza and we decide to add on other food items. Just didn't seem to care. After our pizza arrived, and we decided not to order any food he asked if we wanted any deer immediately came to bring the check. No lines outside, nobody waiting for tables. Didn't feel like a place we could enjoy. With so many other great pizza options in town, Sadly I doubt I'll return.
The pizza was wonderful. The waiter was a little unfriendly and the tiramisu wasn't great. It was more like chocolate cake with a heavy custard. Would go back for the pizza.
Saturday afternoon with some friends and we just wanted to hang out and catch up. We dropped in around 3PM and Sophia, the charming person who met us, sat us down at a perfect table. We only ordered the antipasto plate and one pizza (Rosa) and had the perfect amount of food for a complete chill and fun experience. Added a bottle of sparking and the next 1 1/2 hour just flew by without feeling rushed or anything. Truly a perfect afternoon. Can't wait to come back, and DAMN that pizza was great.
