Absolutely loved this place! I heard about this place bc my bf works for postmates from time to time and he had to pick up an order from here once. It looked like a really nice place to eat so I looked it up on Google and booked marked it! We finally had some time to go back and try it today. It was my first time there today and I was just amazed. Customer service was phenomenal very friendly and welcoming staff, I told the cashier it was our first time here and she guided us through the menu. Our food came in pretty fast and everything was so delicious! Hands down one of the best burgers I've had and my bf also loved it. Will definitely be coming here again! Great job to all the workers there!

The location is closed. Google search lists this establishment as open until 9pm today. I had intended to celebrate my youngest son's 30 birthday and picked this locale because of the proximity to the Ritz Carlton where we were staying. His older brother and three cousins were in attendance. I called the phone number listed and spoke to someone regarding reservations before hopping into an Uber. We arrived and the place was closed. 1111Wilshire Drive is downtown. But the phone number I called is for the location on Sawtelle somewhere near Santa Monica. So extremely disappointed with the lack of maintenance required to keep your website updated with pertinent information. During these times, checking the internet for openings or closures of any establishment is very crucial to planning any outing ahead of time. The public needs to know.

The Plan Check Kitchen + Bar Downtown is located on the 2nd floor and sits of the Main Street and you are introduced with visuals of some of the great places of Brazil. The Hostes left little to be desired with her dry and nonchalant attitude. I believe her name was Patricia! She should not be the face of the business. You need someone that is energized by their job and excited with every opportunity to introduce people to the Brazilian cuisine. Your servers were great! They showed great attention to your individual needs and were very pleasant, especially Eric. Even though the night was winding down he made sure we had fresh Pão de queijo! Sam was our mainn waiter and was knowledgeable, efficient and customer centric. We appreciate the generosity & service of the over all team. Get a better hostess up front that brings the experience up a notch

I went this Saturday. There were at least twenty people waiting for a drink at the bar. I left. I suggest you get cocktail waitresses and a dedicated line just for beer. The annoying crafty-cocktail trend leads this way since you need five minutes to make three. If you're sitting down with a group and you need to order another drink, you have to re-line up. So you don't get those extra drinks. The jazz bands are always great and venue is really cool.

The sweet potato fries are delicious!! I always get the chalet burger, not the best burger I've had but it's decent. Food comes out relatively quickly and it's always busy.

Definitely one of my favorite bars in DTLA. It's classy and understated, the perfect place for dates or just hanging out with friends. They've got pool, ping pong, darts and a chess table so there's always something to do other than drink!

Came for Happy Hour- Stephanie made us feel right at home. Great place to get a drink after a long day!

Had the truffle Swiss mushroom burger. It was really great! The flavor was amazing but they over cooked it--asked for medium, it was a tad under medium well. Nonetheless, it was very good

A must try in downtown LA. Bomb burgers and out of this world smokey fried chicken which comes with pickled okra and sweet yam, oh man it's to die for. The service was great, food came out fast and the ambience was just perfect. Theres also a wide variety of beer selections and craft cocktails. Parking is a bit tough or I just wasn't sure where you'd park since I was from out of town, but luckily it was just a short walk from our hotel. I'm officially addicted so when I'm in LA I will visit again.

This review is for delivery orders - I wish I could give 5 stars but I had to deduct 2 stars for not being consistent and mixing up orders for delivery. The first time I had the fried chicken sandwich, I was really satisfied with how juicy & smoky chicken was. It was well seasoned and I also loved the combination of the bacon, pickles and sauce on delicious gluten free bun. (My boyfriend has it on the regular buns and he thinks it's the best chicken sandwich in LA!) oh and how I love their waffle sweet potato fries! They were not soggy and I really appreciated that it was still hot! The second time we ordered, we thought we got someone else's order... Mjne did not come with gluten free bun but was wrapped with lettuce. The chicken didn't have any smoky flavor and didn't taste anything like the first time. My boyfriend didn't like his sandwich either and we were both dissatisfied. We were craving for the taste from our first order so we gave it another try just a couple of days ago. Mine was weirdly packaged as the bacons, pickles and the sauce was in plastic containers.... my boyfriend's order was fine. We both enjoyed the same smoky and juicy fried chicken and were so happy we gave it another try! I just wish they were more consistent.

Food was terrible. Service was fine. The quarter pounder I had from McDonald's last week was 5x better. Really disappointed with my meal, especially given the positive reviews online. Was expecting way more. Definitely overpriced.

I was excited to try this since my buddies live above it and we wanted it to be a great place to make a regular hang out grab food type of thing. The decor and atmosphere were great, this very industrial concrete meets steel mixed with reclaimed wood. Extremely sexy. I love how the window opens and appears to create a spacious outdoor patio. The service was superb, I truly wish I remembered our servers name was but had I think a Bass Clef tattoo. Great guy! Never did I have an empty glass of iced tea, even brought a lime each time with it. I don't care for lemon and black tea together. I also loved how they stored their fruit for drinks. You legit can tell they use fresh produce for garnishes. None of the lime wedges were dried out or brown. The entire restaurant was in pristine condition! Looks like you could eat off every service. I was nod terrified of getting the coronavirus. I even liked the servers costumes. My only disappointment was the food. Everything seemed frozen prepackaged and pre-made. The buffalo cauliflower was deep fried and breaded, not healthy at all. Although I did love the flavor of the sauce, could have drank it from the bottle. The vegan burger was underwhelming, just like a frozen patty. Not many if at all healthy choices. Everything is deep fried and breaded. This would be a great place to have like a cocktail and a appetizer with friends but, the menu wasn't anything I would do for like lunch again or even dinner. If you wanted to be healthy you options are salad.

I came here with a large party and they were very accommodating to us. I understand it can get very very hectic but they know how to handle it very well. We even brought a cake for them to bring out when the time was right. I've been here multiple times and I always get a burger. I got the Truffle Swiss Mushroom Burger and it was amazing. The fries are perfect and can't really ask much more from it. I highly recommend it

Came here on Super Bowl Sunday to watch the second half the game! Sorry Niners :( anyway the place is right outside downtown which is nice because it wasn't too crowded and there was some street parking available. We missed happy hour but the prices were still not bad. I order the buffalo cauliflower and the Plan(t) salad with salmon. The salad was tasty but it could have used so better dressing. I'd even take just a splash and balsamic. My friend had the Plan check burger. I ate some of the sweet potato waffle fries. I wasn't feeling the flavored ketchup that was available. The fries were alright. Their drinks are strong and delicious. The service was okay. I would come back here maybe for happy hour.
