The portion is small for $7, but I think it’s because it’s the airport.Those who need to kill time can sit at the bar and have a beer?Samuel adams recommended!?

My husband and I went to eat at Planet Hollywood today within LAX in terminal B and were turned away because all we were going to order was dessert. The waiter said that we would need to order more substantial food in order to sit at a table. She was extremely disrespectful and very degrading.

The food is fine, ordered a steak and it tastes ok. But there was 0 service with dirty tablewares. They also added a 18.5% gratitude to the bill without giving you the option to choose. I gave $40 and they were supposed to give me 3.72 but they only gave back $3. Worst dinning experience, won't come back

This is the first time I have eaten such bad tasting pasta and fried rice. Since this restaurant is located at the gateway to the country, it is better to be selective about the restaurants you open. The waiter working there was nice.

Your service is horrible. I went here before my flight. I was served by Mychal. Coincidentally he was Filipino just like me. But probably one of the rudest servers I have ever encountered. I waved my hand to get his attention and his response was "I see you buddy, you just sat down." People like this shouldn't be in the service industry. People in the service industry should be welcoming and forth coming. By the way, it wasn't busy at ALL. I was the only customer. I would be more understanding if it was busy. But I was the only customer. People like this shouldn't be employed. Extremely rude! I don't even understand how he got thru the hiring process. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They also include tip in their bill. So couldn't even NOT tip the guy.
I thought I was in Hollywood because I was the icon of the name, this situation is sad. I haven't eaten there but I was sad that it wasn't in Hollywood. We grew up with that brand and it is in decline.

I ordered the steak. It was poor quality, chewy and full of fat. When the waitress asked how the food was, I gave her my opinion and she came back with 3 chicken tenders. When the check came I paid $36 for the steak with a 18,5 % tip included.Worst experience I’ve had so far

I came to LAX (begrudgingly) to pick up my sister. I came way too early so to kill time, I waited at the Planet Hollywood in the Tom Bradley Terminal. I can't say enough of Shawn, the bartender and the busser (I think his name was Juan or Jose). The bar was kind of full so the busser grabbed a seat from another area and helped me find a place to sit and started me off with some water. Shawn came over and offered me a menu. After I told him that I hadn't been to a Planet Hollywood in years, he gave me some suggestions and I chose the Chicken Crunch. Amazing. It was a little sweet but not too much. And it came with a dijon dipping sauce. The combination was fire. You definitely won't get chicken that taste like that anywhere else. Shawn and I chatted about sports and he was very helpful in guiding me to the arrivals floor. I would have been super lost without him. All in all, if you have to kill time at an airport you hate, hang out at the bar at Planet Hollywood. It'll make the time go by quick and everyone is super friendly and helpful.
