Yesterday i ordered a few pupusas de chicharron con queso and once i got home they didn’t even put enough cheese or chicharron just pure flour with no absolute flavor very disappointing they being cheap with it but have no problem taking ur money never ordering here again .

I place a order today 6 pupusas cheese chicharrón 4 revueltas one arroz the pupusas when I get home and started to eat I was just flour no chicharrón con queso just the tortilla and I paid 40 dollar for the order a pounds of flour 😤😤😤 maybe they gave me to me the pupusas especiales instead of regulars

Good Salvadoran food, delicious pupusas, you just have to be more careful with reheated food like rice. A few days ago, they gave me rice that felt ugly and hard like days, otherwise everything was fine.
The food is great however the operation and place could have more improvement

The food here is great with vegetarian options. The service could be much better. They now take Debit and credit cards. It’s really hit and miss on the service. It depends on who’s working that day and how many orders they have. They take a lot of phone orders. It is best to call in your order. If you speak Spanish, they’ve extended their dining room upgraded the furniture what people have to understand is that there are only 2 to 3 people in the kitchen at any time and they do a lot of food service, so they have a lot of orders coming in my phone and walk-ins. Also, one would have to realize this is not a fast food spot if you want fast food go to McDonald’s they’re doing their best. I’ve frequent this establishment Three years now and they’re consistently improving on the environment and service.

Disappointment of place!!! We have been customers for a while but what I do not tolerate is theft and lies. I speak on the phone, I order 14 scrambled pupusas, 2 cheese and a chicken tamale to take away, the man tells me the total and hangs up.I arrive at the establishment, pay and pick up my order. At that moment I see a paper with a promotion: SCRAMBLED AND BEAN PUPPIES WITH CHEESE $1.50 eachMONDAY AND TUESDAY 10 PUPUSAS OR MOREWednesday, Thursday and Friday any amount.When I ask you why the amount of 40 something if the scrambles are 1.50? The man answers "you ordered regular ones, the special ones are small."Yes but YOU work there, YOU know the specials!What if they have better customer service and you ask me on the call, Do you want the special or the regular one??? I don't know if it's the employee's negligence or the owner's strategy, but either way it's WRONG!!Summary: If you phone order and don't specify that you want the special of $1.50 for certain pupusas for the days stated on their promotional flyer they will NOT mention the special and charge you regular price. Maybe you will see it on the flyer when you arrive maybe you won't.Not sure if this is the employee's fault or owners bad business practice, regardless THIS IS WRONG!Let ME decide if I want small cheaper pupusas or big regular priced ones!

Today, March 31, 2024, I went to buy food and upon entering it had such an unpleasant smell of horrible plumbing, my daughter almost vomited... we decided to order takeout because no way would she eat inside... I asked please They exchanged a dollar for coins and the same person who was making my pupusas exchanged that bill without taking off his gloves... I had already paid but I still didn't eat them, it made me so disgusted that I preferred to throw them away.
