Sat for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement. Asked a waitress standing around if she could get us water. She said no and said I could not order water from the bar. Nobody is helping our stressed server. We're starting to worry about the time since we need to catch a plane. It's like nothing I've seen at a restaurant. Want to walk out but it's getting too late to try another place.

This was the worst experience I've ever had this server Michael doesn't answer questions and treats everyone like second class. Never eat or drink here. Service was horrible.

Sat down to be told only 4 things are available off the menu when nothing sounded good I tried to order just a beverage. The waiter said I have to order food so I got up and left. Never been treated so poorly in my life. Mean while another staff member dumped coffee on another travelers luggage. Worst experience ever, will never return.

Very slow service. Server originally didn't write down order, then realized she couldn't remember the entire order and would start jotting it down. She got the order wrong then placed a new order for the right items, which meant that I got double charged. Tried fix the issue and took 30 more mins to get the bill.

Ordered food at kiosk. Decided we had time to sit and enjoy. The waiter said on line orders can't sit. We travel LAX semi regular. Will not be back. Terrible customer service.
