It happened at around 2pm. Did not have a pleasant service with this lady who was working at the time. Not sure if she was getting off work soon but she rushed my food for no reason, or Should I say she put little to no effort making my plate. Right from the get go she seemed mad as hell and I don’t even know her. she kept saying “anything else” with an attitude to the point where it made me think like damn the homegirl doesn’t want me get food here or what. She literally took less than 40 seconds making my large plate. She made my plate so fast that I passed two other customers who started before me. She got even more upset when I asked her to repeat what she’d said. She then put my food on the cash register counter and did not even hand me the food lol. I wouldn’t mind her attitude if the food was good. She obviously rushed it because the food wasn’t good this time. The other employee who was working at the time, that guy seemed very generous, helpful & respectful unlike her. Imma return customer but that lady makes me not wanna go back.

Absolutely terrible service I walked in there both the manager and employee were on their phones! They both gave me the worst attitude just for ordering food (im pretty sure that's their job). I ordered a large bowl and got heavily skimped on meat didn't complain but then asked if they could stir my bowl the same way they stirred my meat and they said no! Then I made a slight comment after they looked at me bad for not tipping. Why would I tip bad service they said I was a nasty college student and wouldn't tip anyway (I don't go to usc nor college) for the price there are 100 better options I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. The food was great, the service was great and it was overall a very pleasant experience! The quality matches the price - I would definitely recommend to anyone who has a Poke craving!

compared to the sweet and salty poke in Hawthorne, this was very flavorless bowl I had gotten. I couldn’t eat the salmon because the taste was not there. Sadly I threw the dish, I don’t recommend this location. Try another poke place !!

If you want fresh poke, this isn’t the place. Gave me three “scoops” (I could probably count the pieces of shrimp I got) and the rice was almost porridgeIt’s close to usc though so if you’re craving poke it does kind of take that edge off
