They never have my food ready on time . I did catering and paid the night before and didn’t have it ready till 1hr & half later from the pick up time I had choose.This is the 2nd time they do this.

I ordered ahead and had to pay in store because I only had cash. I ordered and it took 45 minutes I thought alittle absurd but what can I do. Then I get there and the man tells me I was to wait an extra 20 minutes because it wasn’t “paid for yet so they didn’t prepare it” . Then why have the option on their website if they won’t honor it? On top of that the employees snickered and laughed at me as I waited. It’s a complete unprofessional and rude environment I won’t be coming back. If I could give a 0 I would. Cashier is Jose.

I always order through their app, but when I get to the restaurant to pick up my food, it is NEVER ready. What is the purpose of having an app if you will not honor the pick up times?? Management/employees seem unapologetic or have no sense of customer service. On my last order it appeared as if they taped the bag of my order with some type of masking tape. They also put the wrong receipt on my order! Food is still good and tasty however the service has got to improve. To the owners/franchisees; invest in some customer service training for the employees.

Some chickens are raw inside with too much juice and the skin is not at all crispy, the others are very dry and the employees have faces that seem to give you the food.

I went to this restaurant for the first time, I looked at the chicken they have on a tray, it looked very dark.. I just went home with my online order and arrived at the house. The chicken was very dry, hard, and had a bitter taste... If you see the chicken is very black and dry, don't take it, return it, it won't be good, I think it's another day or it has been out for a long time... Always boy, South Gate chicken is the best, I recommend it... First and last time you see this chicken, the chicken came out pulling...bitter taste...
