The lady in the kitchen is super rude and disrespectful. I bought the signature hot sauce for the second time and I had a hard time just getting it. I paid a side order of Mac and cheese just for sauce and she gave me nothing but oil, the didn't even bother to shake the bottle so I know she did it in purpose. May God bless her because her ❤️ is ugly. She also treats her co-workers bad. She definitely needs another job other than customer service. Blessings.

I just came for lunch and had the absolute worst experience ever in the Popeyes. I believe Popeyes doesn’t care anymore about customers. The chicken breast was burnt and tasted dry. Just for complaining I was forced to wait 10 minutes for a spicy breast while every other order, including one for a beggar was handed out. I asked for my money back and received the base price and not the tax I spent. My money was short and the food was terrible and the service was poor.

I suggest you have the cooks in the front and the register employees in the back cooking. They lack customer service skills. I thought it was common sense but it’s apparent that some people need training. I waited at the register for almost 5 minutes before being acknowledged by Elizabeth. She was having a conversation with another female employee without a name tag. My order wasn’t taken until the line was out the door which then caused the cooks to get flooded. Elizabeth had to continue to take orders so my food sat at the window for several minutes. The cook was impatient because she had already prepared several orders. So while Elizabeth was busy taking orders, the nameless employee was taking her time cleaning an empty lobby while the customers continued to line up out the door. Once she came to the registers age in no need to help Elizabeth out and merely stood next to her staring at the counter. The neighborhood is sketchy which isn’t the restaurant’s fault so I got my food to go. The food was good so props to the kitchen staff. They need a medal for forcibly being paired up with people that don’t understand the definition of taking orders.

Horrible i went in having a good day just for it to be ruined I had to wait like ten minutes to get attended while it was empty then while waiting for my order the cashier was talking to his coworkers while there was a line of people waiting and then has the audacity to ask them “are you guys waiting” like you’re telling me you don’t remember if you took their order then when I received my order the lady with the tattoos and peircings calls my number and has my order all far and makes me reach for my order while giving me a face. Please hire new workers that do there job right.

I go here every time I go to physical therapy as a treat. It can get busy but food is great and I love the sweet tea by the gallon.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm disabled and go after physical therapy it has a handicap parking with easy access to the front too and tables accommodate wheelchair
The employees are very rude, they don't pay attention to your needs, they delivered my order wrong if I don't check it I don't realize it and they also got angry because I complained that it wasn't complete, they don't offer you accessories like ketchup sauce, etc.

Bought an order of 6 wings full price order. Got only 1flat, the rest all drummettes. The ratio should be 3:3Needless to say for the f for BOGO deal u get 92% drummettes. Where do all the flats go? N why are they so stingy with them here. Maybe this particular employee (male, p tall, lil chunky) is small minded? The male one with black painted nails was nicer

KFC ain't got nada on some Popeyes chicken in fact just writing this review makes me want to order some that's how good of a place this is. For fast fried chicken without a doubt Popeyes is best hands down. The only issue I have is it's always so busy I rather order it for delivery because I think I'm not the only one who's aware of the fried chicken secret spot. Well done chicken fried to its best potential and with a kick if ur taste buds can handle a little bit of sweet pain. ?
