First time in a Popeye’s Chicken - wanted to see what the hipe about the sandwich was…while NOT IMPRESSED at all by the sandwichThe employees get a 5⭐️reviewIt was amazing watching them work - great smiles - great pace - obviously short handed BUT not skipping a beatGREAT JOB GUYS - Anabel, Martin, Sulema -Will defenetly come back to try the wings!

I ordered a 16 piece family sized meal with two mac and cheese and one mashed potato. I wanted all dark meat no breast but the server wanted mixed which I didn’t want breast. Then can I order without breast then the server said I gonna be a wait in which I waited 45 minutes which is fine. When I got got my order then didn’t listen when they put breast in my order. Nobody at home eats the breast which I’m disappointed with my order.

I don't know why I bother walking into this store at all. I have been in here four or five times in a row and they either did not have what I wanted or when they did have it available, they were charging outrageous prices. I want to order the Tuesday special which is legs and thighs for 2.99 on Tuesdays. Every time I've gone in on a Tuesday for the past couple months, they have always, I repeat always, been out of spicy chicken legs and thighs. I could come in at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, 5 o'clock in the evening, or 9 PM just before they close and it's always the same story. "Sorry we are out of spicy chicken for the Tuesday special. We have mild." I always walk out. Because the mild chicken is trash. The spicy is the only reason anybody comes into Popeyes. I tried going in on a Wednesday, and lo and behold, they had plenty of spicy legs and thighs. So I asked "how much is the Tuesday special if I order it today?" They told me 12.99. Utterly ridiculous to pay over 4X the price so of course I walk out. Obviously, whoever runs the store is not smart enough to order and make more spicy chicken on Tuesdays when they run the special. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one because I'm sure other people not ordering the Tuesday special could still find what they want.

The people had me waiting like 10 to 15 minutes after ordering on line and the place is empty.at less they gave me something free for the wait cause I was quite irritated to have to wait when I ordered ahead of time.

Stop by to get something to eat I got a 3 piece meal for 11.99 no drink and paid for a coleslaw 3.99. Got home to eat and the chicken was old the coleslaw was bad biscuit was hard as a rock nothing was fresh. Called the store and spoke to a manager Adrian no apology and was told to go back with my receipt to get a refund. I asked for the corporate phone and and his reply was it's on the receipt . Will contact them Monday morning. Do better POPEYES

Can't beat Popeyes, but the location on Sherman Way and Havenhurst needs a little something. There's only two table's, and service was ehh. I asked for napkins and it seemed as i bothered the employee. After I asked for a bag, and received the same reaction. They were busy chit-chatting. Not saying I deserve full attention, but I only asked for napkin and a bag.

was hungry and decided to try this place even tho it was kinda suspect. It was not clean enough for my liking and had a dirty unsanitized look in the dining room. The tables in the dining room had not been cleaned and there was trash on the floor. I had some wipes and cleaned the table where I sat. The service was just ok but the chicken was hella greasy and small. I can't believe they charge $3.99 for small mash potatoes that were gone in 4 Spoonfuls. Overall, I will probably not come back to this location.

AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!! Shame on you Popeyes for giving a person such a minimal subpar meal. My five piece tender meal for $14.49 was about the size of a small piece of jerky for each piece. had a dined in the establishment. I would've requested my money back. There is no way it is acceptable to serve something like this to your customers. Thank goodness I added on the six piece wings for $6.99 (they had more meat than the tenders). It's the only thing that's going to give me nourishment tonight for dinner. I will never come back to this establishment again. People should stay away from this place. Take their money elsewhere and get the proper portion for their money. Now I can see why I was told only one sauce for the five piece chicken tender.. if I could give a zero star rating I would. ZERO QUALITY CONTROL!! This owner needs to open their eyes and start serving the customer right!

This Popeyes Chicken beats the one on Woodley and Sherman Way in Van Nuys. The way it Tasted, presentation, the help when you are ordering. At Woodley there is a Latin lady who is not very nice. She might be the manager but I must appreciate this location. Thanks to the cooks in the back whoever you are. We appreciate you in our community Reseda.
