They got my whole order wrong the chicken was nasty unseasoned I asked for mash potatoes and they gave me Mac and cheese I asked for ghost pepper chicken and they gave me just plain chicken very poor services I will never eat there again

Very poor customer service. I accidently went through the drive in. There were no cars behind me. Went to the drive in wi dow and apologize and asked if I can order since I accidently passed the kiosk to order. Knowingly that there were no cars behind and in house customer were at a minimum, I was refused service at the window and was instructed to go drive around and order through the regular process. This is bad customer service. I worked at fast food places in the drive in area and numerous times I have had these types ofinstances. I just took the order at the window, and worked with my colleagues to complete the order and people left happy. Here the approach was of the staff was the attitude of bothersome. No working with the customer. My order was simple three pics of chicken and double mash. I would not recommend this place. Other Popeyes staff worked with you. Here they need a revamp.

Went in to order food but I needed to use the restroom. The manager himself was very rude. When I asked from talking for the restroom told me he didn't have a token that I had to pay a quarter even though I'm ordering food from him. It's not that it's a quarter. It's that I'm buying food. So where's the customer right? Thank you!
If you're looking to try the new wings. Run don't walk from this location to try them out. This location has No Clue on the proper way to cook nor prepare the wings. I'm a wingy and love my wings! I've had the new advertised wings at several other locations and have been hooked on them! The sweet n spicy and honey bbq are my favs. With this said i know the wings have a good crunch even when slathered with the abundance amount of yummy sauces. I was served two orders of naked wings with very little sauce drizzled only over the bbq wings. I'm so glad i check my orders always before pulling off! I asked "What is this and where's the sauces" They acted like i was crazy. I requested to take my orders back and add the sauce. I was given back these sorry looking wings w/little sauce (pictured is after sauce was added) and when i bit into them, they were under cooked. Customer service only wants to give me a $5 credit. And advised store manager may or may not refund my food purchase funds. WTF~I'LL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!! Forewarned is Forearmed.

This place has messed up several times for me.1. Ordered a Chicken sandwich combo and the chicken was dry and not juicy and fresh like it should be.2. I've never gotten asked if I wanted sauces for my chicken or honey for my biscuit.3. The people working there don't really have a friendly attitude. I don't expect them to kiss my toes but at least act like you want to be there. Serious faces.

Please don't eat here, the staff are rude , i needed to use the bathroom but it was dirt no toilet paper or cover for seat, I found a small bug inside my chicken thigh and I didn't realize until I got home , their red beans and rice taste rancid and old, jad to throw away. they also wanted to charge for condiments, the whole store had a weird smell and their drink taste like water hose. It was quite empty for lunch time . Hopefully they do something about the weird smell that lingers. I won't be coming back ,It was wasn't inviting to be there but I really wanted some chicken ,and it was close enough in the neighborhood due to traffic and wanting to driv3 around. Bad experience overall.

Very dirty place , I found a roach in my chicken, beans and rice looked expired and taste rancid, the drink was low on carbonation and taste like the water hose, the staff was pretty unfriendly and wanted to charge me for hot sauce and honey wich is ridiculous. I went to use the bathroom and it was smelly and dirty, toilet paper everywhere and when I told staff that it was dirty , she gave me an attitude a Hispanic lady that works ther very very rude ? I will no t be coming back. They really give popeyes a bad name, get it together not just for me but fir future customers that might have to endure these conditions.

We decided to give it another try in hopes that maybe it was just one of those days. Once again it was horrible. Chicken tasted like it had no seasoning, fries were cold, biscuit was dry and soda tasted like water. They'll no longer get our business.
