Didn’t have my food order and made me circle the drive thru repeatedly to be told they don’t have what I’m ordering once I went inside and asked for my order again

We order online. And when we got there we still had to wait 30mins . Once we received our food it was cold. Other people that was in lobby also was waiting for a long time to get there food as well.

This store has the worst customer service. When entering the location was not acknowlwdfe that they will take my order. I verbally asked can someone assist, the representing did not acknowledge and turned their back to me. This reflect very poor customer service...I will not recommend to anyone to go to this location, unless you want to be treated that way.

Came to this location at 10:24, Made me wait 15mins, checked again, another 5 minutes. People sound like they hate their life. Not friendly in the least. Finally got my food, they forgot an item, I sat at the drivethru window waiting for the big dude to notice me still waiting, told him i was missing an item then gave it to me pretty rudely. Popeyes might want to consider restaffing the whole building seeing these reviews.

A very normal popeyes location went there for a quick lunch food was good overall normal location of popeyes food is decent service was good traffic in the drive thru is not long.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Popeyes location . The staff was unprofessional and rude, showing a lack of customer service skills. To make matters worse, the food I received was cold, indicating a lack of attention to quality and proper food handling. Overall, it was a terrible visit, and I would not recommend this Popeyes to anyone.

Entering the establishment was an eye opener. The whole front is sealed off with perspex and you get your order via a clear perspex box so essentially you get your order in a box via a box. Didn't like the vibe and felt for the people that have to work there. Gladly won't be returning.

A DISGRACE OF A STORE!!!! THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE INSIDE BUT IT’S NOT CLEAR WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!! THE EMPLOYEES HAVE NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR JOB. A FILTHY STORE. I WONDER WHEN YOU WILL TRY TO FIX THIS DISGRACE OF A STORE. POPEYES BRAND?
