Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Every time I come here they give you the wrong order. It never fails. I order the chicken strips and they are old and stiff like they are done last night. The service also not great. I stopped coming to this Popeyes.

False Advertising, theyre doors do not open at 9am … i work construction and tried to eat this morning and couldnt , went to the drive-thru and they acted like they couldn’t hear me or my co-workers … you all need to check your “employees”

Proly the slowest Popeyes I've been too. But I can't blame them, people give them attitude, cus them out. I think it should close for the safety of the staff.

If you’re thinking of grabbing some Popeyes in downtown LA, you might want to reconsider. The food is standard Popeyes—crispy chicken, decent sides—but the overall experience at this location is far from enjoyable.

The environment is rough. The area feels unsafe, especially at night, with a lot of loitering and sketchy activity right outside the store. Inside, cleanliness is questionable, with tables often dirty, trash piling up, and a generally unkempt atmosphere. The service is slow, and orders frequently get mixed up. Don’t expect friendly customer service, either—getting sauces or even a correct order can be frustrating.

Unless you’re absolutely craving Popeyes and have no other options, I’d recommend finding a different location or another place to eat altogether. The hassle and uncomfortable atmosphere just aren’t worth it.

Went to the drive thru at 1:38am to pick u my mobile order the chicken was dry I threw it away, didn’t get my macaroni n cheese nor my apple pie. Going back 10/21/2024

The food is fresh and everything but they let people in who are not wearing appropriate clothing to be with children around and they scream and fight, it is not very safe.

Open 24 hours, food is always amazing. Only questionable thing is location, I recommend drive-thru or take out.
