Cashier on duty for 03-03-2025 @ 2.50pm should not work as customer service, she has a grumpy face, no smile, rude, zero empathy. Also I received the wrong sandwich, she made faces when I returned it. One more bad thing was the rice and beans. Rice was hard as heck. I have to throw it away.

Went in for a chicken sandwich and was told that their “chicken sandwich machine was broke”????????? If u don’t wanna work at your job that is not my fault.

Worst Popeyes I have been to. First time I came about two weeks ago I couldn't order anything because even though it was past their opening time (10:00 am), the location was still closed. Today (Nov 21, 2024) I order a simple chicken sandwich with Mac n cheese and a Diet Coke. The Mac n cheese was nasty (still ate it as I would have nothing to eat for another 8 hours). The worst Popeyes I have been to.

Jasmine's customer service was great, she's sweet and took care of our dine in experience. The food was fresh of the grill. I ordered family chicken meal. They were out of plates so she was able to provide us with small trays. She got us our refills.

The most horrible experience Ever from the management at this location of El Segundo & avalon... She deliberately allowed me to make 5 purchases for one online Postmates special. All the money for each transaction was removed, and she was ignorantly oblivious to the crime! She put zero effort to resolve issue, and kindly took more money.

Ordered through Uber Eats, and when I received my order, it was completely wrong. Even though it was close to closing time, if they couldn’t fill my order correctly, just decline the order, don’t send what you think would be okay. Maybe I should just stop dealing with this Popeyes.
