What a bad food, the truth is that I ordered pieces of chicken and they only gave me 11 with a piece of bone. They don't serve quickly, wait 1:30 an hour and a half, how ugly that is and in the store it's ugly ??

So I never eat Popeye's and after this visit I remember why. I originally ordered online from another location and when I arrived they said they didn't see any online orders from me. Then I showed my email confirmation, and then magically...... they saw it. But...they only had spicy chicken. I was told I would have to wait 15 minutes for them to make some more. I declined, canceled my online order for a refund and went to another Popeyes. When I got to the other Popeyes I was able to place my order. This time I wanted to add some tenders but the cashier said they were out. So ok no big deal. I thought I saw some tenders on the heat rack but, since I was told they were out I thought nothing of it. Then I watch her put chicken in a box and yell out 6pc tenders. I was confused. So I asked, "I thought you were out of tenders". she tells me, "Well, if you order it online we have to make it". WHAT!!!! . And this is exactly why I don't go to Popeyes. Not to mention when I got home the wings I ordered were ghost pepper chicken wings. So when I called to complain, I was offered $20 off the next purchase. No thank you, I just learned an expensive $50 lesson on why I dont and should not go to Popeyes again.

I buy from here quite often. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's REALLY BAD. And I'm not talking about food. Food is 5/5, but service and restaurant is terrible. One day they tell me they're out of sandwich buns, other day out of sandwich chicken patty, another day they have no cheese... I ask for spicy they give regular sandwich, I ask no pickles yo find out they put pickles in there... this location is a joke

This location gets so many bad reviews, I don’t even think there’s a point in me expressing my experience which was bad!!! I honestly don’t think I’ll be coming here and in my experience as an F&B director these people don’t care about customer service which is sad!!!Parking: Parking was a struggle!!!
Employees at this location are rude. Including management. Why is it that sauces are free when ordering in the store but when people request it through the phone because of a DoorDash or Uber eats order, they want to charge and not honor the sauces? The girl that answered the phone was rude and said "there's nothing I can do about it? You were suppose to order the sauces on the app" like that is bad customer service. Like lady, you are not suppose to argue with me, you are in the business and you should know, the customer is always right. Employees are careless to customers and to their food.

You should never have to wait 25 minutes for chicken never. Only 3 people behind the counter. The customers are angry at the long wait. The under staffing is inexcusable.

Took a little more than 15 minutes for just a chicken sandwich n then I ordered sauce n took 5 minutes for the sauce when I got the sandwich is wasn't even hot
