Porridge and Puff is back. Just had the poultry and mushroom porridge with puffs; excellent as i remembered from the past. Mochi is fantastic as well. Really glad to see this operation returning and will head back soon for more in the future.

Amazing place with a very unique take on classic asian style porridge. All of their dishes are well thought out and have great ranges of flavor. The decor is very open and modern. Met the chef?owner? And she was extremely kind and took the time to explain what she likes about each of her dishes.Truly a great dining experience and one I would recommend to anybody.

Amazing food and customer service that LITERALLY goes the extra mile. I stop by porridge + puffs basically every time I am in LA for their amazing food and to restock on their Apricot Hot Sauce. I also reached out to them to ask if I could order some bottles of Apricot Hot Sauce but I was told the store was temporarily closed, however, they were still willing to make me a special order. They made me 5 bottles and let me pick them up even though they were closed. Phenomenal customer service. Will definitely be back and get more hot sauce. Also, their porridge is delicious and the fried mochi, amazing.

PINCH $20 cash special on Thursdays!! Was delicious and so happy to hear about it!————So happy this moved into the neighborhood! Was very skeptical when I found on eater that this moved in. Seemed interesting but would it be worth a second visit? It absolutely is. Went for Sunday brunch. Was surprised at how delicious and flavorful everything is! We decided to try a little bit of everything: Vietnamese cold brew, hibiscus shrub, the slaw, cucumbers, Szechuan shakshouka, eggs meurrette, bread pudding, and brown butter mocha. Loved everything we got that we weren't able to stop eating. Good food takes time so order the little salad appetizers if you're starving. Service was super friendly and although the porridge's can take some time, they were definitely worth the wait!
