i got a small soft serve in the sweet cream flavour with fresh strawberries and sliced almonds on top. admired tht they had four diff flavours. also asked him for two little vegan marshmallows bcs me and my mom had never tried a vegan one. impossible to tell the difference. wish i knew wht brand they used. it was soo delicious i totally ate the entire cup. the employee knew next to nothing ab veganism but still managed to be quite helpful. appreciated him trying.

Honestly pressed freeze is 10/10 every single time. I got the chocolate flavor topped with almond butter, strawberries, and granola. So so amazing and healthy!

Came by at 7:47pm 8/23. Google said closing was 8pmGirl at the counter was there but already locked up. Looked right at us. And then refused to make eye contact. Unbelievable!

Ordered online, paid, and went to the store at 0745pm to pickup. The kid in the store told me and a door dash driver trying to pick up her order that the store was closed because he wasn’t scheduled to work until 9. We explained our orders had already been paid for. He said he still wouldn’t give us our orders and stated I’d have to contact corporate customer service for a refund. I explained that there would be no way for me to verify that I had not picked up my order when the store wasn’t supposed to close until nine. I asked him for the managers contact information so I could make sure the issue was handled. He said he would go and get it, locked the door, and proceeded to close out his till over the course of about 10 minutes. When the delivery driver and I both knocked on the door again he looked up at us and said “we’re closed.” I once again asked him for the managers contact information and he waved me off and said “we are closed.” Then he and his friend who were both in the store at the same time began laughing at me when I asked him for his name and title and told him that I would be speaking to the corporate office and his manager. Absolutely horrible experience at this location. I will be following up with a manager in the morning.

This location has a constant issue with their Acai Machine. It is always broken and or the Acai is too frozen. Understaffed and definitely needs some retraining on customer service skills.
