Stopped at the Grove and the guy in front of me asked the girl with dreads which protein smoothie she liked. She rolled her eyes and goes "neither, I like the juices." Took 3 times asking to get her to answer. Dunno if she can't hear or what. It was really annoying. Then she didn't know what time she closed. Then she complained her foot hurt and all this other stuff. It was really unprofessional and seemed like she didn't wanna be there. She needs to fix her attitude. I ordered quickly and left.

Went to the Grove and it was busy. I noticed there was a girl with braids who decided to grab a chair and sit down while the other girl was making everything. When I was trying to order, the girl sitting down wouldn't look at me and said "what do you want?" Really snobby and rude. Then when the other girl was calling out an order, this one laughs and goes "oh her names Ling or something." and this sweet Asian girl walked up! I couldn't believe she'd say something like that. I wanted to leave but I waited so long. Definitely won't come back now. The girl with green glasses needs a raise or something. She was nice and made the whole thing worth it.

I go to different locations but I was at grove so tried to get 2days cleans (12bottles) One of them was expired already and another one was going to expired in 2wks and it was already spoiled. (The bottle was was bloated, chocolate flavor) I've been vip member and never had this experience before. I never doubt there are selling expired and spoiled products. I went back to the store next day and ask them to exchange the juices (4bottles) and 3of them were expiring in a month but one of them (chocolate flavor) which were exactly same expiration date as spoiled one previously. I specifically asked them to exchange newer bottle but it was same expiration date. I don't write reviews but I couldn't let go of this one. I think it's a management problem. The product suppose to be fresh and new. Anything expired , about to be expired or spoiled ones should be removed from the stock. Overall bad experience. I love pressed juices but will never buy from this location. I didn't want to go to exchange for the 2nd time (i was already so frustrated)

I have been to this shop twice so far & both times I liked their ice cream !! It's a very nice place to drop by before the movies there or after shopping or like we did after our dinner ! They are located near Nordstrom & next to Häagen-Dazs, poor thing ! Lol As they have a real long line( queue )always !! Lol The Pressed Juicery has a long line often ,too ,but Häagen-Dazs lines are always crazy !! Lol. I highly recommend chocolate flavour or acai flavour for the ice cream !! They've got nice acai bowls as well !! They are only 5 ingredients in their ice creams I believe & they are much more pure than other places !! They're delicious !! I really recommend this shop for everyone loves natural / pure foods & desserts not just vegans / vegetarians !!Vegetarian options: It's almost all vegan except for honey as a topping ! Pressed freeze = their soft serve & ice cream are my faves !!Wheelchair accessibility: It's outside ,so people w wheelchair can easily have their sweets & acai bowls ? relaxed without worrying about if they're accessible or not ! They can use the restrooms near their concierge desk right by the parking structure . A big,a very nice & very clean bathrooms ? ?

Emmette is the most incredible human being. This person went above and beyond for my daughter. So sweet and kind. I cannot thank you enough because the kindness that you brought to me was insane. You made me cry. The world needs more people like you. Please please give this person a raise. God bless you forever. And you also listened to me and let me cry. I hope and pray wonderful things for you.

Ditch your diet or IBS and go get some real ice cream. The ice cream really tasted like stale graham crackers. The staff were nice and gave my friend two ice creams since one person messed up the first swirl! But sadly it was hard to get through… no one should have to say that about ice cream. Also this place sells eating disorders disguised as “juice fasts”. Ik this is LA and further, the grove but wow. It feels like that kind of product should be illegal. In retrospect, I don’t think malls are for me.

The yogurt is good, but customer service not so much. I didn't know what I ordered (first time) and the girls laughed after I picked up my order like it was funny,

They have top notch customer service. I told Nique that it is my birthday and I want to choose a free item. She said I can get any item for free this day. I wanted an acai bowl. For some reason system did not apply the promo. She went above and beyond for me, handled the line professionally with her coworker while trying to get her manager over phone or text for assistance. In the end she did it and I am really happy about how she handled the situation. This location is the best. Nique deserves a promotion too

Unacceptable behavior by the employees. People are trying to order and pick up by trying to get their attention, and the employees act like they don't see them and keep doing whatever they're doing including not making an order but stocking for example. Pissed off customers and delivery drivers. 8/17/21

It was a hot sunny day and my boyfriend and I were looking for a refreshing drink and decided on getting juice at Pressed. This location is Pressed in a kiosk is at The Grove in LA. Unfortunately they do not validate parking. We waited in a long slow moving line, and it was so anticlimactic because when we got to the front of the line and ordered a Citrus 2 ($7) the staff handed us a prepackaged bottle of juice. WOW! They didn't even squeeze the juice fresh. Why was this taking so long?? Citrus 2 is a cold pressed juice made with apple, pineapple, lemon and mint with the pineapple being the dominant flavor. Decent, a bit sweet, but served its' purpose. For $7 I was expecting someone to make me a fresh juice, but I guess that's too much to ask for. I don't think I enjoyed it enough to come back. You're better off buying juice at the grocery store if it's going to be prepackaged.

I absolutely, positively love the freeze from Pressed. It's refreshing, dairy free and they have the best selection of toppings. The price is a bit high, but you're paying for a healthy treat. There's usually a line, but it's worth the wait.

Tried one of their cleanses. I actually ended up gaining body fat and losing muscle mass on my weekly body scan. Turns out they are loaded with calories and sugar. Be careful…
