There's exactly one food item you can get here that's vegan - a Moroccan lentil soup. The soup is fine though it makes for a fairly light meal at just over 300 calories. They also serve coffee and tea, unfortunately they don't have soy milk.
I got the lentil soup. It’s 100% vegan, but literally the only thing they offer, and based on the other reviews, I don’t know if they have it all the time. But it beats the bun-less $25 vegan burgers available through the rest of LAX (one of the worst airports for vegans in my opinion). Updated from previous review on 2026-01-05
The chicken pesto salad is indeed good, but apparently it doubled in price since the last reviewer commented on it a year ago. $24 after tax?! Gimme a break, pret

I felt the staff member was not friendly and spoke rudely to everyone, even to senior citizens. His tone and attitude were impolite. People should remember that not words can hurt even it’s very important to maintain good body language and treat customers with respect. Also, they mentioned they had no change available, so I couldn’t get my return, which was quite inconvenient

No vegan options available. Only vegetarian
This must be the most expensive pret in the world. A packaged sandwich for $18?!?
Too expensive. $16 for a sandwich really is not worth it. Service quite inattentive.

Purchased a bottle of lemon juice from Pret and was refused an empty cup to drink from! Madness!!

Got a yogurt and it literally had mold in it. Got a refund, but they didn’t take any of the yogurts out, knowing full well that there’s a good chance that there’s other moldy yogurts that they’re selling. There’s no dates on the food so it’s impossible to tell if any are past expiration.

only vegan option when i went was the moroccan lentil soup, good soup but i wish there were more options!
Nice place to get some quick food. They have ready made cold & hot sandwiches, wraps & hot soups, coffee, juice, bakery etc.

Not a single gluten free option except a salad and all the salads have meat. Why would they not make a single vegetarian salad??
Service is terrible. The staff is rude and LAX staff just cut the line and order what they want and the staff just snap at other customers to wait.
