I'm just going to assume that there isn't a "street pricing" requirement on food at the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) because $11.20 for an Egg Salad sandwich. $11.95 for a cheese and tomato sandwich and $9.49 for a can of Goose IPA is absurd. At 9:30 AM, shelves were well stocked with sandwiches, beverages and such. A queue had formed for coffee so I skipped that. They have a clever self-checkout that worked well.Don't get me wrong - Pret sandwiches are awesome. I got hooked on them when I lived in the UK for two years. Their coffee over there was great and these fresh sandwiches are delicious. But here at LAX? Overpriced by 100%.Vegetarian options: Clearly labeled options.Wheelchair accessibility: Step free access.

Incredibly, incredibly slow. Took at least 5 minutes for each person in the line - ridiculous for an airport

Lafitte (I think) served me. Amazing customer service - I tried to complete the survey on the receipt. Hopeless. Too hard. She was great and needs a raise - best food experience in 3 weeks of being in the USA - well

Probably the worst coffee I've had in a long time. Gas station coffee, terrible aftertaste.

Everything had mayonnaise or eggs in it so I couldn't eat anything. Was looking forward to a typical British high street sandwich but left hungry after having eaten no food. Why can't they do a simple ham and cheese sandwich? If you can eat mayonnaise then I think it might be worth a visit.

Even when you order something, they don't give out a cup of ice even if you offer to pay for the cup. You have to buy another drink! Ridiculous!

This was the ugliest, driest sandwich I've ever had in my life and not worth the $15. I can still accept selling it for $3 each??

In the airport freezing and asked if I could just have a hot water. Told me I would have to pay for a tea which is $4. Then I asked if I could just get a water than with no ice. Because the airport is freezing. Still would have to pay $4. I totally could be wrong but don't they have to give free water upon request. I'm not trying to get one over on them. I'm just simply freezing, and she wasn't even kind about it.

The staff are rude and unprofessional and incompetent and inconsiderate. Yesterday I was here with my mom and dad and the manager(female) was rude and disrespectful to my mom because her English wasn't that good( my mom speaks Spanish more than English) my mom just wanted to get her sandwich and drink but the manager looked irritated from my mom because no one there spoke Spanish. The sandwiches are ok but the manager is a terrible person and she deserves to be fired

Review for Latte only, did not try their food:Ordered a large latte with oat milk (cost $7.72 after tax) and it taste like a cheap house coffee from a diner with splash of oat milk that was frothed poorly (see picture, note the drink was not filled all the way up not sure if standard practice for them). Not sure if it’s their off day but I’m disappointed on how the latte came out. I would’ve been better off getting a house coffee from Starbucks next to it and save some $$Pros- dairy substitute is “free”- tables + seatings available

I ordered a hot mocha and a double chocolate cookie and want very tasty. The cookie was hard and crunchy, but maybe that's the way it's supposed to be? The mocha was very bland. As far as airport coffee shops go, this one was nice enough and the lady who serve me was also very friendly and efficient. It was 9 p.m. but there was a long line of people so I doubt the cookie was crunchy because it was old or something.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to wheel inside and order.

Bought a 120ml bottle of grapefruit juice on 24 Oct at 9.30pm. Paid at the cashier . Ask for some ice and she told us she is not allowed to give us ice. She charged us USD $6.19 instead of USD$ 4.19. It is stated on the price tag that it is USD$ 4.19 but the bill shows usd$6.19 for 135 ml orange juice. Not honest.

$USD14 for a chicken and bacon sandwich , even in an airport is just thievery. Pricing on shelves not clear , milk for coffee empty and the sandwich was very mediocre.
