I think this is a hidden gem in the mall. it looks like it's mostly frequented by locals/workers. The staff is WAAAAYYY nicer than at coffee bean and I wish I had known this was here before ordering my coffee at Coffee Bean. Their food tastes better too and I'd suggest getting from here since it always tastes freshly made

I am updating my review from when this place first opened. It USED TO BE a go-to for me for a quick lunch when I wanted to treat myself, and I used to love their mini Caprese Baguettes and Greek Yogurt Salads. The staff USED TO BE friendly and make it a place where you would enjoy to visit. In the past 3 months, it has just become your average (or sub par) random coffee shop.

The last time I visited I got a latte, mini caprese, and mini greek yogurt salad - my favorite combo (it used to be). Unfortunately I got it to go or I would’ve asked for a refund and brought this to their attention immediately…. The sandwich was soggy, the salad had pieces of rotten lettuce in it. I literally was having to pick it out of the food and even considered not eating the salad at all out of concerns I’m getting sick, and the latte was barely even hot! Thus, the entire meal was not fresh and not that is factory by any means. It was definitely the opposite of a treat. This is the second time I have had rotten lettuce in my salad there. Often they are out of stock of my favorite items, and if you ask them for help, they will just say what is available is what is available. No more friendly neighborhood vibes! when I attempted to report this on their corporate website, their website wasn’t even functioning properly. This submit button would not work. There are corporate offices, closed very early and on East Coast time it is difficult to get anybody to pay attention to the situation. After all it is only a salad and sandwich so I have decided to focus my efforts on something more important. But I will not be back again. When I stopped by in person to discuss this with the management. They seem to have very little concern. Other than mentioning they would tell their kitchen manager. When I asked for a refund, they once again said I would have to call corporate even once I expressed all the difficulties with being able to contact corporate. The customer survey was pretty bad considering that I have bought rotten food there multiple times!! I dropped my 5 star review from when they first opened and we’re an amazing shop with fresh food to a one star review. It changed very quickly.

Used to stay in London for 2.5 years, Pret was just like St*rbucks over there that you could find an outlet for every few miles. Hence when I first saw the 'coming soon' sign way back then, I was bit surprised they're expending into LA! So far I mostly only had seen it in the East Coast.

Offering pretty similar menu, it's not like your top coffee shop offering best coffee, but more like quick to-go options. I would say some of the hot meals were decent enough and the pastries weren't bad. Their choc chip cookie was more like hit and miss. Wasn't a fan of their coffee unfortunately, but may worth the value if you go for their monthly coffee subscription.

The outlet in Century City looked pretty nice though, and totally don't look like your regular Pret as it appears to me like nice cozy spot to sit and chill.

The sandwich I got was the chicken salad....it was just okay. Not terrible, not great, just alright. Very pricey though at about $10.50 for what was actually a slightly smaller-than-standard size sandwich.

For $10.50, I expected a bigger sandwich or more chicken. The sandwich, because it was premade earlier, was soggy and taking it out of the container caused some of the filling to fall out.

Overall, I would not go back here. The price is not great, the sandwiches are just mediocre, and the only good thing really was their harvest cookie.

Friendly service, though.

Actually meant to write a review about a week ago. Came in for the first time before catching a movie and man, I'll tell you, I'm sold! Haha Their new to my mall and I'm glad their here. I found them on the Too Good To Go app which sometimes can be hard to find really good places to eat from. Not them.
I've had a total of three different sandwiches, including one retry and a fruit cup. All three sandwiches were fantastic! Delicious! Fresh bread and ingredients. I've yet to try their coffee or pastries but I will soon of course! The space is nice. Your regular mall cafe.
The customer service is good. Friendly. But this last visit was a little weird. I had two employees feel the need to both help me and make sure to repeat themselves about something around them not having pastries or enough pastries so they were gonna allow me to have a third sandwich. It was nothing too crazy, but it was just weird how they felt the need to just kind of repeat themselves.
Overall, I'm a big fan of this place. I will be coming back definitely especially that they are on the app and they are in my local mall. Highly recommend for a great sandwich at the very least.

It’s only fair that I write a glowing review of the Century City Mall Pret A Manger after writing a less than glowing review of the Westwood location.

My experience here was demonstrably better. The service is fast, the staff is friendly and my coffee and green tea matcha were great.

The staff here consistently expresses astonishment that I have them add an espresso shot in my coffee, but I choose to find humor in it instead of being annoyed. 😁 All in all I have good experiences here.

The only drawback is they do not honor the $44/month subscription service for 5 handcrafted drinks per day that they advertise on their app.

Not sure why they advertise this subscription service in-app but don’t honor it in California.

I wanted to try this place and it was very busy for my first time visiting. I felt bad for the lady that took my order because it was practically just her working there by herself along with some other lady that looked new. But she was very nice to me and my family even though it was busy she did take the time to make my daughter's first time a really nice experience. I don't remember what her name was but I remember it started with a J.
