The Pizza here just doesnt compare to the one on Fairfax...not by a mile. neither does the service. Tried this place twice and just isn't cutting it. Really disappointing because I like the one on Fairfax.

Ordered 3 ranch — received zero ranch and 1 blue cheese (did not order blue cheese).
Edit: Ordered 4 ranch and received all 4 ranch this time. Rating adjusted. The square-cut pizzas are very tasty.

When you go to a place that has vegan options, you always gamble. So when you order the garlic knots made vegan, I thought we were gonna get some Knotts with garlic and parsley but with no butter or cheese. However, we got these unseasoned bread rolls really. The pizza was decent tho. Honestly, so many other places have vegan pizza options that taste great around. Pizzanista, purgatory, and my personal favorite, pizza usa which has deep dish, Detroit style and regular pizza. And garlic Knotts ofcourse! But if your party wants to go here, I guess it will do. Maybe the other pizzas are better. But don't get the knotts

When I tell you the best pizza in LA…. As a native New Yorker I have been trying to find good pizza and this is it! I came here for the first time last week, the food was good and the woman helping me was so helpful and patient. I went again today and again AMAZING SERVICE! All the people who work there are so nice and the pizza is amazing. My personal favorite is the sicilian

Pizza is really good. They have plenty of variations of toppings to choose from. Staff is very helpful and will answer your questions. The seating area is small and is cleaned continuously. If you're in the area, grab a slice or two!

Finally got around to visiting after hearing so many recommendations... Prime Pizza is definitely a gem. Definitely one of the best options for NYC style pizza if you are in the area. The staff was busy and still super friendly, the vibe was very cosy. A great spot to wind down after walking all over Little Tokyo. We had the Vodka pie and loved it. It was saucy and cheesy and still cooked to perfection. The Sicilian was great too. Can't wait to come back and try the other all the other pies. ?

Had to call a friend to send me money because they didn’t have change for 100’s and after about a hour of that they give me my order no ranch no drink like I ordered this place sucks now I’m eating pizza with no drink//edit: decided to call and been on hold for 10 minutes listening to them serve customer after customer. This place is a joke and doesn’t appreciate its customers at all

I was really disappointed. I’m a huge fan and my work used to order pizza from the Burbank location. It would arrive hot and cheese melting.
Our pizza was cold and really sad looking. It was my SO first time and he was not a fan. We live in a neighborhood with “you have to try” pizza locations but I wanted to give Prime a shot for them to try. They said they are fine not having it again.
The square is really good though, it was cold, but once I warmed it up delicious. We had to heat the full pies as well at home.
