The deep-dish pizza was packaged with care and the pasta portion was generous.

The piZza was ok. Very dry and barely any cheese and sauce on it. It's like they cover it with just enough cheese to make it look like it's going to be that bite of stringy cheese pizza as you bite and pull away from it. Not ?. Didn't get that New York style of that stretch cheese experience. Then you're left with that dry tasteless crust. I won't be going back there if they're going to be so cheap on the ingredients . I felt like I'm eating at the pizza parlor they have in Hollywood on Hollywood Blvd for the tourists, that sells these over priced slices that look good on display but when you buy it it's cheaply made and disappointing. And they just franchised to Downtown LA now since they've opened up all these lofts and art districts.

Great place for a good slice of pizza and a salad. Located in a busy area and parking can be difficult but it's worth it!

A great place for a good New York style pizza in Downtown LA with a clear focus on a chewy flavorful crust with a mindful ratio of toppings.

I stumbled upon Prime Pizza accidentally right when the COVID restrictions were being lifted. It was by far the best pizza I've had and I couldn't get enough. I do prefer thin crust pizzas so if you're not a fan, you probably wouldn't like this style of pizza.Came today for lunch special for 2 pcs cheese pizza and a drink for $10. Great bang for your buck!

The girl wearing a white apron at cashier should not be there. I am a regular neighboor client and was upset of her rudeness. She denied giving me a half spoon of the tomato sauce even after getting the tip. It made me feel that I sould had not tipped her and payed for the sauce. She sounded so stupid lecturing me about how everyone supposed to pay $1 for the sauce and had zero customer service experience, everyone else there has always been nice. Take her out there!

Best pizza in town. My only concern is I hope they don't go down in quality which happens with a lot of these pizza joints when they get to popular to fast. Also, the Little Tokyo location is a nightmare when it comes to parking so plan ahead and make sure you have a second person to quickly go in and grab the pizzas lol. On a recent visit, I don't know how many times I had to spin around the block before the pizza was ready.Parking: Good luck lol

Decent pizza but the amount of pepperoni on the pizza for the amount they charged is absolutely a rip off. The entire pizza probably had about 15 pieces of it.
