i dont know where do i start to describe about this restaurant. i had an pick up order from uber eats on 03/15, i’ve been waited like 45 minutes without see any slice of my customer pizza. before i waited about 45 minutes, in the first 10-20 minutes , my customer called and informed me that the order was ready to pick up. i was trying to ask for my customer order and shout out loud to the staff. they were ignored me, i knew at that time there’s plenty people waiting outside and the restaurant was really busy. but there’s no point even you’re busy or not, its about how you gonna handled when you’re in chaos situation. another 20 minutes my customer called me again, he thought i was intention to delay the order, i explained the situasion was totally chaos, but again my customer said the order is ready and he already double checked with the staff “AND THE STAFF SAID YES YOUR ORDER IS READY BUT WE DONT SEE YOUR DRIVE COMING TO US AND TRY TO GET YOUR ORDER” HAHA. after i knew my customer just told about it. i was inside of the restaurant and asked about the order againn, and they said 8 more minutes it will ready. after 8 more minutes , the order never coming right on my face. well, again i know u guys were really busy but show a GOOD ATTITUDE and being HONEST. not just have sweet talkk said it will be ready while u got no idea how long it would be take for the order ready. thx for wasted my time at that time 👍

Just pathetic management. Mobbed by drivers and people trying to get orders out front. Maybe 20+ people around the door and they won’t let more than 3-4 people in. Staff just hiding inside, no way to ask what is going on. Stood around for 30 minutes after food was supposed to be ready and left. Some people outside said they had been waiting hours. Took my money and no food, no way to cancel, they are not even answering their phone.
This place is amazing. Really good, authentic Ny style pizza. Great price, comes out quick. I highly recommend

Run like a restaurant should be. There was a miscommunication about what I ordered and they made sure to make it right and even let me keep the mistaken pizza. Can’t go wrong here.

Tried to like this place, but it just isn't good. For the third time, I've paid 30 bucks for a cold, flavorless pizza. Each time I've ordered take out here, I arrived five minutes before the pick up time they gave me online, but the pizza was still ice cold. Their sauce has zero flavor, it just tastes like plain canned tomatoes. Parking is impossible here also. I don't live in L.A., I just visit for work, but I can tell you this is not Brooklyn quality pizza by any definition.

The pizza there is fair, We ordered double cheese & Ended up getting what would be normal Cheese. But it seems like most pizza places are that way nowadays. It is a nice thin crust, But nothing extraordinary.
However, the meatballs are one of the best I’ve had in a long time !!! Nothing greasy & the red sauces delicious! Oscar, the manager was so incredibly sweet that I had to add an additional star just because of him!
Never had an order ready on time from this place. Worst was on 10/31 when they were delayed for over an hour and then even when we went back they didn’t have our order ready. Then they ran out of the salads we ordered. So we didn’t get our full order. They said they would refund the salad and give credit to future pizzas, they haven’t done either and this place isn’t cheap. So have an over $100 order that was never fully filled. Have only been back once as an experiment and even then the order was over 20 min delayed.

their GF grandma's pizza is incredible. A bit pricey so it's a treat, but it's one of the best I've found in LA.

It’s good, filling and gets the job done. Better vegan pizza elsewhere and kinda expensive too. Updated from previous review on 2026-02-14
Pizza is so gross - old, cold, cheap cheese, too hard to chew...
Can't believe this place is always pack of ppl. Wings were bad, too. One pie, 6 wings - Total of $47. Really?? lol
I'd rather order at dominos.

I have to come on here. I love prime pizza, and their product. Love it. Super close to New York style if not, essentially the real deal. But on top of that, their workers are so nice and really good to their patrons. Even when they had an event where I couldn’t go in and just grab a slice they still gave me two free coupon for slices. I mean, this place is great.

I’ve been curious of this place ever since I saw that you guys collaborated with Brad Pitt to sell your pizza. It was delicious and exceeded my expectations.
