I have been to the Prime Pizza in Little Tokyo, downtown LA and enjoyed it; so I was happy to see this one in WLA on busy Santa Monica Blvd. Service was fast and professional. The pizza and meatballs were great and now on my LA top ten list. The only negatives are small dining area with only a few seats and no toilet. Recommended especially for takeout.

Pizza is always great from this location, unfortunately they are usually never in a good mood and service is sup par. Called to place an order on the phone, told me she would be right with me and just hung up. Tried calling back, and just no answer. So I placed an order online, and when I got to the store they said it was not ready, even though they had sent me a message saying it was. Waited almost an extra 10 minutes after showing up 20 minutes after the order was placed. Place was not busy at all. Place has potential just needs better staff with better attitude. Asked for ranch on the side after waiting that long and tried to charge me a dollar. lol. No thanks.

Good pizza and quality wings. Love the special 2 cheese slices and a drink for $10+ tax. Me and my son's go to spot every now and than after school. Exceptional customer service with a welcoming and friendly demeanor. WHOAA

What an absolute disgrace Prime has become. I'm a New Yorker living in LA now for 7 years and used to love frequenting the Fairfax flagship. Recently moved to the west side and wow, what a let down. Customer service is absolutely laughable, unable to accommodate basic change requests on a $40+ pizza that inevitably will have me shitting my brains out all night since their quality has taken a drop after franchising. I never feel compelled to write a negative review but truly cannot recommend taking your business elsewhere enough, LaMonica's in Westwood is my new go-to. Better pizza and has never let me down. Don't waste your money / time

I really love their pizza, but it is inconsistent. The staff here is horrible, they just don’t know what customer service is, especially the woman managing in the daytime. She clearly does not want to be there and it shows. The one other thing that I can’t figure out is the smell of this location. It smells like the cook heavy seafood in there, which is foul to me. Honestly it’s the smell that keeps me from coming back, not even the horrible customer service.

I recently tried Prime Pizza, and it was a great experience. The pizza reminded me of the authentic New York-style pizza, which I absolutely love. The pepperoni topping was generously added, giving it a delicious and flavorful taste. The only downside I noticed was that the pizza was a bit salty, but overall, it was still enjoyable. I would have appreciated it if they had provided some parmesan cheese, chili flakes, and hot sauce to enhance the flavors even more. Despite that, I would definitely recommend Prime Pizza for their tasty and authentic pizzas.

Easily the best pizza in town, and very reasonably priced. Excellent service every time I've come in. One thing that I truly appreciated is that they have fresh red pepper in their pepper shakers- That's important to me, and obviously to them as well. They have a non-anoying rewards program which I definitely recommend. The pizza crust is light and golden, and their ingredients are very fresh. Every slice is put together well. Further, the red head dude taking my order asked if I wanted a corner piece, I definitely want a corner piece. Nobody has ever asked if I'd like a corner piece. Also, great IPA selection. Keep up the great work!
