Went here for my nieces 19th birthday. Place is very nice inside if you want to take nice pictures. Our service was Yesenia she was and friendly. Took our order didn’t come back to see if we wanted more water or drinks as we waited. Seemed as if she and another gentleman were the only servers. All the food came out in separate times. My sister order the lobster pasta never came out. We all started eating as the food was starting to get cold. Mind you they sat us a group of 11 by the door where it smelled like poop. The hostess was spraying febreze every so after to hide the smell. I ordered the sliders meat was dry, no flavor at all the buns were hard. My husband order the burger same. My kids the fettuccine Alfred was flavorless. We mentioned to the manager that my sister’s order did not come out and she wanted to cancel it as by that time we all had finished eating. She was understand and comped my sisters meal. This place is more like drinks and appetizers setting then dinner in my opinion.

Finally spoke to the events coordinator yesterday afternoon who placed me on hold to assure the details of my reservation for tonight of 14 guest only for them to contact me back hrs in the late evening to cancel alleging the owners closed the location for tonight for a private event their hosting at the DTLA location.
So unprofessional. I called the manager and left a message to see what could be worked out or if they could even accommodate tomorrow (Sunday) and provide us some type of deal for the situation happening. Received no answer or response.
So thank you ProAbition for a Happy Mf Birthday Dinner to me and my 14 guest you so carelessly handled.
Had this been said originally around noon when I was told I was confirmed then we wouldn’t have wasted time and I could’ve figured something else out for all my guest that had to get/pay for baby sitters and chose my celebration for the evening.
What’s even crazier is for them to have been closed for the evening due to alleged private event, I was able to go online and book a table for 2 ppl last night and received no notification of a restaurant closed for the evening so you’re telling me I would find out at arrival. This is how ProAbition treats its patronizing guest…? Nasty work!

Had My 44th Birthday here! October 12Th. I read the reviews before I went. I don't see what all the bad reviews are for 🤷🏽♀️ I REALLY enjoyed myself!! Music could have been a lil better but the hospitality was AMAZING! The manger, I think his name was MARK. Was very welcoming. The Servers were Bomb!! Food omg! Bomb! And worth the money!!! The Security guy with the bald head was very rude to both party's that were dining 🥴. Didn't know the other party but heard the commotion. I didn't know it turns into a club. And there's different rooms🤗 all designed differently 🩵 Thank You (Manger) MARK!!!! I will be back to explore more!!! I recommend 5 Stars +. Parking $25. Free Entre. Must experience!!!! 💙🩷💚💛 Almost forgot! The Entertainment "OMG" BEAUTIFUL.

Everyone as soon as we walked in the door was welcoming, friendly, polite, informative, and overall nice. The menu was concise and everything tasted amazing. We loved the drinks and later enjoy the speakeasy downstairs. Even when V was off the clock she delivered impressive service to make sure we were happy with our drinks. Service even after with the general manager was amazing. DJ was top tier and set the tone for the vibes. Wonderful place with wonderful people. Highly recommend. This was our first time but not our last. :)

Never again. Extremly unorganized. I should have canceled when it took 3 weeks to get intouch with a manager. I called day after day. The boy answering the phone was incompetent. Manager was never available.

I filled this place up for my birthday we took over the whole upstairs. What's funny is they only gave a big birthday surprise shout out sparklers and sign for a couple of two people.
This location did nothing special for me I had over 30 people in that location and did not help me celebrate my birthday the way it should have happened.
The restaurant closed the speakeasy room that was supposed to be open and the excuse was that there was no bartender. You missed out on a lot of money for this business since we came to celebrate and drink. 0 drinks were sold downstairs.
The DJ was blasting music upstairs with no room to dance so we had to sit and couldn't hear eachother talk across the table. Be mindful of the space verse blaring music.
The photos we paid for were rushed and not at all what we wanted.
On top of that, the server gave herself a gratuity
We took the party over to The Falls down the street. The vibe was right. The DJ was amazing they gave me a full section to party with my group and the drinks were flowing. Proabition needs to take notes ? DO BETTER
I absolutely LOVE coming to Proabition DTLA. This place is soooo cute. Such a picture perfect place with their Alice in Wonderland theme. They even have a really sexy speak easy. The food is super delicious and our server Valeria was super knowledgeable about the entire menu and their cocktails as well. They have a cool “Beetlejuice” Halloween theme cocktail menu. I will definitely be back ?❤️

We went for dinner on a Sunday and we were one of two parties there so it was very quiet , but we didn't mind. Our server was AMAZING, Valeria, gave great recommendations for drinks and food, was super attentive, and had a great vibe. The restaurant itself has cute decor, it's Alice in Wonderland themed. The menu was small for the food, but everything we had tasted good. The drinks were great, it's a decent drink menu. Both menus are one page long. We celebrated a birthday and had a little sparkled moment, very cute. It was 5 of us and we all spent less than $100 a person sharing an appetizer, each getting an entree, and most of us got 2 cocktails.
