I honestly can’t believe that anyone can give Proof anything lower than 5 stars. Most of the locals know that their pastries are superb to the point of ruining other places if you keep eating here. I just wish they had more seats and shorter waits on weekends. The pull-apart has become an addiction, so I don’t know what will become of me when they discontinue making them. ☺️
One of the best Artisan Bakeries and Craft Coffee in LA located at Atwater Village. Come here for Sunday Famers Market and coffee. Bring a jacket for the winter though. They have great cakes too for Birthday occasions. Their Flute Stecca Sandwiches are great too. Rarely does anyone get bakery, pastries and cakes AND coffee right. But this Co-Op delivers on both!
