Proof is my favorite bakery in the world. Excellent food choices and all perfectly executed. The pastries are really on point. My absolute favorite is the salami sandwich, next is the almond financier. The almond croissant is to die for and the chocolate chip cookie is so good. Always a pleasure to stop by
Great bakery! Great coffee! Really inconsistent service. I go a lot. Some people are friendly and nice but quite a few are just terrible. Bad mood, super bad vibes. It’s shocking they collectively think this is ok and don’t address it.
