Incredible experience pricey but worth it. Every dish was delicious. It absolutely lived up to the hype.

I had the best meal of my life at Providence. Everything about it was beyond excellent and practically perfect. The staff are incredible and very friendly and knowledgeable. the attention to detail is tremendous. Providence is not just a science of food, they are true alchemists. Their ability to transform the most basic and rare ingredients into flavors one could not even have imagined is why they are the best restaurant in Greater Los Angeles and the State of California. It embodies the best things in life, and each dish is a intricate masterpiece that will leave one in awe and more than satisfied. I look forward to returning again and thank you for such an incredible and life-changing experience!

This was a fantastic dining experience all around. As one would expect, the food, service, and ambiance were great but something that made it extra special was how fun the staff was. They knew how to adjust to each table's vibe, if you will. We were there for a birthday celebration and enjoyed that the staff joined in on our banter. Every extra course that we opted for was well worth it and the uni egg with the caviar supplement is one of the best things that I have ever had during a fine dining experience. I wish I had gone with the premium wine pairing. I think that all of the wine was quality but did not elevate the dishes every time, but that is just my palate. It was not one of my favorite pairings that I have had but I will say that the somm was fantastic and provided me with some additional tastings and was just a delight to interact with.

Exactly as you would expect. The food arrived in tiny portions but was absolutely delicious. The service is second to none. My wife loved every second of the experience. With all that said, it is insanely expensive. Worth it, but oof.

Everyone and everything was fantastic! From Bobby, to Nick, to my buddy Jose and his brother, to the host Randolph (I believe) and as well as the GM (best personality) who gave us a guided tour of the kitchen. This place deserves every inch of their 3 Michelin stars. Thank you for being accommodating and giving us such a fun night. You all are artists in your craft and don't ever forget that. It was an absolute delight. Can't wait to come back.

What an amazing dining experience. We had the chef's tasting menu and it was divine. The ambience, food and staff are top notch. I highly recommend.

Stellar service on top of delicious food. I have been here a few times and I always get the chef's tasting menu. Yes its more expensive but its worth the money.

Celebrated our anniversary with an amazing experience at Providence. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and escorted to our table. We started with cocktails and chose the classic menu plus the uni egg. They started by bringing out 4 different amuse-bouche - our favorite was the uni. Then it was the king crab, sashimi, uni egg, abalone, scallop, black cod and salmon. The uni egg and scallop were my favorites. The king crab was also great but had a few bits of shell. We didn't say anything but the staff noticed and came by to apologize and offered us the spot prawns to try, which turned out to be one of our favorites. That is excellent 3 Michelin star worthy service. There were also two desserts on the menu, but they brought an additional 3 at the end and also included candles for our anniversary. So all together we're talking roughly 17 courses. Then came the biggest surprise of all - on our way out, we were invited to see the kitchen, which was so unexpected and special. Thank you to everyone at Providence for a super memorable anniversary!

This was our second time dining at Providence, and unfortunately, we left feeling deeply disappointed. During our visit, we experienced behavior that felt racially insensitive. When the sourdough was served, it came with a small leaflet describing the bread. At first, the waiter placed it neutrally, but then deliberately rotated it so that the text faced the white guest sitting across from us, completely ignoring that we, two Asian diners, were also part of the table. These actions might seem minor individually, but together they sent a clear message about who was seen as “the intended guest” and who wasn’t. In a restaurant that prides itself on fine dining and hospitality, I expected much greater cultural awareness and respect.

In addition, when I told the sommelier that I decided to start with a sparkling wine and ordered the Gusbourne, he nodded and walked away. A few minutes later, he returned to ask again which wine I had ordered. When the wine was served, there was no introduction at all. I'm surprised about this level of inattentiveness and lack of professionalism, especially at a 3-star Michelin restaurant.

It was great for the most part. Some of the dishes didnt hit right. The steak for all its hype was kind of a disappointment. I think a ribeye from mastros or novikov or even Ruth Chris is far more delicious without any exotic drunken cattle fondling.
