Saw this cute restaurant while going to the shopping center.. ambiance was quite inviting we sat at the bar area and enjoyed the Lakers game, but my mistake was when I ordered the carnitas tacos combo, food was warm, carnitas was tough to chew, rice ok, beans cold. I'm not much of a shrimp, or other seafood person that's why I stuck to the tacos de carnitas. The Waitress came around once to ask if we needed anything I had to call out to her for the check.The greeter in the front was a very nice lady. Polite, friendly with a warm smile. She's definitely a keeper! Not sure if I will return.

Phoned and asked about their shrimp. Guaranteed fresh and deveined. I went to the Mesa store and the shrimp did not look fresh or deveined. I asked again if the shrimp was fresh and from the Gulf. It is from the ocean they said not the Gulf but it is fresh every week. I again asked if it was deveined and they assured me it was even though it did not appear deveined. Cooked up 2 lbs and we could not eat it even after we deveined the shrimp. Was definitely not fresh. I can not recommend this place to anyone. Disgusting and a waste of money and time. 0 stars for this store.

Very good place if you like .fish from Mexico especially from...Mar de cortes..pargo.curvina.silver mojarra and more...aaa and they prepare it to your liking...they have days when the fish recently arrives...
