Good lounge. Not as good as the Polaris one in SFO.
Food was ok. We were transitioning between breakfast and lunch so we got to try both.

I was able to use this lounge because of my status on American Airlines. This is a first class lounge. They serve like a restaurant with a waiter. The food tasted great and was nice and quiet staff was friendly

During peak time lounge is really crowded. As OW sapphire i get invitation to thia loinge labelled as Qantas first. Personally i would rather go to OW lounge next to it. Here Ou have ala carte, service was really fast but i didn it exclusive. Menu is okay but i prefer when you have self service aswell.

I wish I took photos of the food. Rated as spectacular food, I went in thinking I would have edible food.

My tuna crudo was a defrosted ahi tuna steak on top of those mandarin fruit cups. The Reuben was thinner than a piece of paper.

Our “waitress” seemed like she hated her life there.

Been here several times, food is still great but what’s letting it down is the service and also a lack of quiet spaces if you wanted a quick snooze (think Cathay Pacific Pier lounge).

Either the staff need a decent break in between shifts or perhaps some vocational counselling to ensure they are in the right job.

We did get a surprise hair on our salad which added to the flavour and reflects the general standards going down from the premier first class lounge to something that’s a bit pedestrian.

Nothing particularly special about this lounge other than the sit down restaurant component. They do have showers but I've never used

This is probably the better of the two OneWorld First lounges at LAX but it doesn’t live up to its ambitions.
The WiFi is slow and intermittent.
The food is served rather than buffet which sounds great. But the service is haphazard: the servers don’t write the orders down so things are forgotten (in my case 2out of 5), and the food itself is also hit and miss. Why ask how a steak should be cooked when all are served over cooked?

Wonderful and relaxing lounge, wide variety of food and drink options from a very helpful and friendly staff. Great attention to detail ensuring cleanliness and polish to all toilets, surfaces, cutlery and glassware. A haven from the craziness that is LAX.

My visit to the Qantas First Lounge was an absolutely phenomenal experience and the perfect start to a long-haul journey. The highlight, without a doubt, is the restaurant-style, à la carte dining, which is miles beyond any other lounge food you’ll find in the US; the famous Salt and Pepper Squid is a culinary masterpiece and a mandatory order. The service is impeccably warm and professional, with dedicated staff anticipating your needs and keeping your glass of French Champagne or Australian Shiraz perfectly topped up at the stunning Carrara marble bar. The lounge itself is a spacious, beautifully designed oasis featuring comfortable, high-end Californian Knoll furniture and premium finishes, providing a tranquil and sophisticated setting where you can relax, recharge, and truly feel like a VIP before your flight.

I really wanted to like this lounge, but the experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. The blonde hostess with an accent set the tone right away. She was unfriendly, dismissive, and surprisingly rude for an airline that claims to offer quality service. It genuinely felt like I was inconveniencing her by simply checking in.

The space itself might be fine, but it is hard to enjoy anything when the first interaction starts off like that. A lounge should be a calm and welcoming part of your trip, not a place that makes you feel unwelcome.

Definitely not the standard I expect from Qantas. I will not be returning.

Here at the lounge now. This is the third time that they got the order wrong in the Qantas First class lounge. The business manager should be fired and some of the waitresses are extremely incompetent and unapologetic even when you ask in the nicest way for simple items and with no modifications whatsoever. It is 930PM PST on Friday evening. Not cool. Pure showing in a poor service for a lunch with such a high rating. Their new pasta dish tastes half cooked and hard.

Qantas first class ounce at LAX is a complete disappointment. The food is stone cold the waiters are few and run of their feet..
Vanessa Hudson you might want to have a
Meal here seems cost cutting at the expense of customer experience continues

We are visiting the Qantas/One World lounge at LAX and we could not be more impressed with all the offerings. But that is not where the real gem of this lounge is hidden, it is the staff. I wanted to point out two of the brilliant stuff in this lounge, Daniel behind the bar who was happy and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and also Ana Who went absolutely above and beyond to make sure our stay for the short amount of time we had has was maximised. They were both outstanding, but Ana in particular was incredible and looked after us like we were her best friends.
Congratulations to the whole team at this lounge, they are doing an outstanding job.
Cheers Kev and Claire

We had a good experience in this lounge in the Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX. It's located after security and our flight tickets gave us access. There weren't that many people in the place when we were there so the atmosphere felt a little sparse but it's a nicely designed spot. The bar especially was impressive to look at (though it was a little early in the day for us to take advantage of it.) We had plenty to choose from to eat...as a vegetarian, especially, there at brunch time there were abundant options. My wife had Avocado Toast whih looked and tasted great. I had Yoghurt with Plums, Honey and Toasted Hazelnuts which was a nice light meal to eat before getting on a long flight where they'd feed me a couple more times. Our server was nice enough but not partciularly friendly as we've experienced in similar lounges. We'd go back if we were lucky enough to.

Happened to get in the lounge for a tea via my CX diamond membership. Asked 3 people for some biscuits and yet no one can find any…so much for a first class lounge.
