If you want liang pi or if you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend this spot. Other noodles were just ok. I do want to mention that the portions are HUGE, so very good value. The bowl I got could be eaten for two meals. Food was out very fast. They also sell some bubble tea drinks there.

I ordered a lunch combo today that was supposed to include a drink, a side, a dish, and rice. However, the side was missing. When I asked, the staff explained they had run out of cucumbers and decided not to include the side at all. The side is part of the combo, not an optional free item like what the lady said. Yet nothing was offered to make up for it.

This noodle place has always been one of my go-to spots because I enjoy the flavor, but I was very disappointed with how today’s service was handled.

Qin West is the most authentic and best hiñese food in LA! It’s the closest to X’ian authentic for sure!

The restaurant is a little dirty, but the prices, quality and authenticity of the food more than makes up for it

Ordered the beef soup to go got home and it was pork noodles! I called and told them it was the wrong order and I don’t eat pork and she said “sorry we already make this order it’s too late to cancel!” Like huh? -5 stars waste of money!

One of 5 or 6 locations. We read good reviews so we had to try. You must order with your phone via QR code. The staff wouldn't take my order but directed us to use the app.

Order and pay via the app. Then go find a seat. When the food is ready, they'll call your name to pick up.

All dishes are served on paper-disposal bowls and plates, except the Shanghai spicy fish dish. It was really good. So was the crispy spicy chicken (like Kung Pao chicken.) The spicy, cold cucumber appetizer was also really tasty. The dumplings and sesame balls were definitely pan-fried and reheated from frozen. The sesame balls were tiny (not what you'd get at a real dim sum places. The bok choy was average.

The Jiajamien (cold noodle dish) was not bad, but my first bite was EXTREMELY SALTY even though my friend thoroughly mixed it. I almost couldn't eat it. But my other 2 friends didnt have that problem and actually thought the noodles were sweet, especially compared to the spicy dishes. After my 2nd and 3rd bites, I noticed that the jiajamien was salty anymore: I must've ate a big spoonful pocket of salt at the beginning (yuck.)

Use the InKind app to get 15% rebate towards your purchase (to be used towards future inKind participating restaurants.) I spent $85 of food, not including tax and the app fee, and linking sent me an $11 credit towards my next meal. Not bad.

Not a great experience despite the food being somewhat okay.
- I developed a throat infection shortly after eating a chicken dish that tasted off.
- Garbage dumpster placed at the front of the restaurant, with staff taking trash out through the entrance- looked a little offputting
- Tables were unclean

1) liang pi has mushy texture, and not cold at all. 2) too much salt in their minced pork rice. 3) ordered and paid for the coconut pudding, then was told they run out of it. 4) no indoor AC so their store is hotter than outside. 5)drinking machine does not work and no one bothers to check it. 6)potion size is huge! they should cut the potion size and lower their item price. 总之一句话不好吃!

The broth of the noodle soup is very authentic and delicious. Very generous on beef which is very rare and a big contrast then the Noodle Street in Westwood.
