Food was decent. Just really overpriced and the beer as well. They don't even give you a full sized drink. The ambiance is nice but getting up there is a little annoying as it's in a hotel basically.
Located at the Level 8 of the Moxy hotel in DTLA, Que Barbaro has a fancy art Deco and modern style. You can sit at the tables or at the bar for a chef experience, watching the chef grilling in front of you. It offers South American flavors. Went here for a friends “yay you quit your job” party and we’re all big foodies so I was excited. But the food, unfortunately, was a bit of a letdown. The empanadas were dry and not very flavorful, the prawns were grilled to death, the steak was also overcooked. The oyster mushrooms were amazing- probably the best thing we ate.
