The machine is not Mexican, it is more Mexican-American, they have no idea what to cook, plus they take care of your washing, and they still make you make your order by yourself and no one is there to help you.

Skip this spot if you’re able. Plenty of other mediocre Mexican food in the area with staff that aren’t outwardly rude.
The woman working the counter during our visit today rolled her eyes twice, once when we asked a question about the fish plate, and a second time when we asked for salsa with our tamales.
Overall an ultra un-welcoming environment. Plenty of spots worth visiting nearby that don’t require awkwardly painful interactions.

In this part of town this restaurant is not bad. Most Mexican restaurants around here aren’t that great though. Que Ricos could be much better though.
To begin with you are forced to use a computer screen to pay if you are using a card and will be helped only if you pay cash. Lame.
Even worse they are always playing northern Mexican music which I can’t stand. Why can’t they play Mexican pop or rancheras sometimes? The good news is that they have a jukebox so you can take the crumby music off and play whatever you want.
I’ve been here many times. The chorizo con huevos is better here than in other local places. Today I ordered two red pork tamales with champurrado. I asked the guy behind the counter if they are spicy snd he said no.
I sat down and found out the tamales were too spicy for me. When I was a girl, red tamales were not this spicy. At least the lady that made them for us didn’t make them spicy. I’m Mexican but I don’t like spicy food. The tamales were ok but nowhere near the best. The champurrado was weird. Didn’t taste like champurrado. I’m glad I got the 12 oz size. The 32oz size costs almost $8 or something like that. Pretty expensive.
Parking outside in the lot is often hard to find. Meter parking also available.

I was excited to see a vegan burrito on the menu and tried it. It was terrible. First it was supposed to have avocado but didn't. The fries were lukewarm and soggy. The beans were flavorless and tasted like they came straight out of a can. It was as bland and flavorless as it looks. If it weren't for the salsa I don't know if I would have been able to eat it.

Glenda was exceptional. As many people follow me finding an excellent mexican Resturaunt should be a dime a dozen. This resturaunt only serves the freshest of ingredients. They actually cut the tomatoes for my order. There hardshell tacos were fabulous and there burrito was incredible. 5 of 5 stars to everything
